Luxury Home with Private Heated Saltwater Pool BHI and Shoals Clubs

Enough room for adults and kids to hang out. Great appliances and golf carts.

Beautiful home and pool, lovely finishes and cabinetry, very well stocked kitchen supplies. The two large primary suites were for our 2 couples travelling with their babies and they were wonderful rooms. That left the other two bedrooms (in the crofter) for the grandparents and another adult couple. With the crofter beds pushed against the side wall of the bedroom and only one nightstand in those rooms, the crofter bedrooms were a little tight for 4 adults.The main house does have a couple steps between several areas which might not be great for toddlers or elderly. We LOVED the outdoor terrace and pool and used it a lot! The mid-island location was super convenient, the property manager was very responsive with small glitches (normal stuff), and we enjoyed the architecture of the home and its art.

Thank you so much for our wonderful stay at your beautiful property!! You were so accommodating regarding our ferry times and early arrival/departures, and we are extremely grateful. I wasn’t in the guest house, so I’ll speak to the main home. This home was so beautiful! It was so easy for everyone to be in one central location, if we wanted. Whether it was playing Cards Against Humanity at the table, or watching a movie on the amazing couch upstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. We spent most of our time in the pool, where my family decided the volley ball net ends resembled some human anatomy. So, any time one of us left the house, the net was placed in that person’s shower. It was a funny time. Above all, we had a wonderful family vacation and thank you!

We loved our stay- the house and pool were beautiful and in an ideal, private location. The management was highly responsive and brought us everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with up to date, clean materials and dish ware. The crofter was good but the TV didn’t work and one of the showers never turned on- definitely needs attention. But would definitely stay here again!

Sandy Cheeks was a lovely, well equipped home. The kitchen was fabulous and all the spaces cozy. The few minor issues we had (normal for a beach stay) were addressed and resolved quickly. It was a great BHI home, especially for people with older children, hopefully will be back next year!

We loved the pool and outdoor space, as it gave us a way to cool off and play, but felt secluded and peaceful. Having the crofter space allowed us to have some family and friends come visit for a few nights, while giving them their own space. Tyler & Barbara are fantastic property managers- extremely quick to respond and help with questions/requests. We love BHI and now that we’ve found Sandy Cheeks agreed we can’t “downgrade” to another home next year- we’ll be back!

The kitchen was well stocked and full of high-end appliances with a beautiful wine cooler. The pool gave us hours of fun, had lots of seating and shade on the far side. This was our first time in 11 years staying in the woods away from the beach. While it was a quick drive to get to the water, it’s the only reason I gave location 4 stars, missing the ocean view.

Hosts took care of our every need and made our stay perfect. It was amazing to spend part of the day at the beach and come back to our private pool.
