The guest room with a queen bed shares a bathroom off the hallway with the kids' bedroom, which has two twin beds (or a pullout queen sofa bed if your guests prefer to sleep on that). The second floor also has a separate office, with a great view of Old Baldy. On the first floor, enjoy an open floor plan with two sitting areas, a dining area, seating at the kitchen bar, and sliding glass doors that open onto the deck. The living area is filled with books and a wide assortment of games and puzzles for your family and friends to enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for your week at Marsh Mellow. The first floor also has a full laundry room and a half bath.brbrIn addition to the main house, the crofter over the garage is newly finished, with a queen bed, shower, separate toilet, small kitchenette, and views that make you feel like you're floating above the creek. If you prefer an outdoor shower, that's available too, located underneath the crofter in the yard. In the garage, you'll find two 4-passenger golf carts, along with beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and three bicycles, allowing you to enjoy outdoor life on the island. With separate sitting and dining areas (including a new dining table and chairs not featured in the photos), along with an outdoor grill, it is the perfect spot to enjoy time with family and friends, taking in the beauty all around you. If you sit on Marsh Mellow's deck during the day, you'll see ibis, herons, pelicans and sometimes even dolphins frolic in the marsh.
