The house is clean, modern, and comfortable. brThe master has its own bathroom with two sinks and a large walk in shower. This room has a king bed.brThe upstairs has two bedrooms. One has a queen and a daybed that opens to make two twins. The other bedroom has a queen and a double futon. The upstairs has a full bath with a tub/shower.brThe living room is open to the kitchen and dining area and has a sectional couch and comfortable chairs. brThe kitchen is brand new, modern and has all the basics you should need to cook and enjoy meals while staying here. brThe dining area has a long table and seats 8 comfortably but is capable of seating 10. We provide folding chairs to add to the seating capacity.brThe covered porch is quite literally another room! It runs the length of the house and is 10 feet deep. There are rockers and a table that seats 6 comfortably and 8 if you squeeze. We also have a bistro set with three chairs on the porch.br There is a loop trail that is about 1/3 mile long, plus some gravel roads for walking.

Guests will be walking distance to a park with miles of hiking trails, a mountain bike skills trail, and an 18-hole disc golf course. We are also about one mile from breweries, music venues, restaurants, botanical gardens, and more.brThe space: Great modern home extensively renovated in the past 5 years with wooden floors and a modern floorplan. The space includes a large living room w/TV, comfortable leather couch, high top table and bar stools. Full bathroom w/tub and shower. We provide hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, organic cotton towels, organic cotton balls and Q-tips, hair dryer, etc. The bedroom is a small space laid out for tranquility and good rest. Outfitted with a queen bed, bookshelf, and mood lighting for relaxation at the end of a long day. The kitchenette provides a coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, microwave, mini fridge w/freezer space, and a blender. The sink is located in the bathroom just a few feet from the kitchenette. We provide disposable plates and bowls, silverware, and simple essentials such as a can and bottle opener, cutting board, etc. Included is local coffee, tea, and sugar so you can feel energized! The closet space contains a dresser, shelving, and hanging rack-- clothing steamer included. Without tourist's local restaurants, artists, breweries, etc. won't be able to stay afloat. brWe are a small family-owned business and need help too. Stay with us. The entire inside has been painted! Few other things have been changed. brbrWIFI:brThe rental’s WIFI works great for working remotely. Lots of guest lately have been working remotely with no problems.brbrThis property has an amazing Mountain view inside and outside of the rental. Rental is in a quiet neighborhood. Few houses around the rental.brbrThis is a DUPLEX. You have the left side of the duplex. You have your own deck and entrance into your rental. This rental is in a neighborhood. There are a few houses around the rental. Neighbors are quiet. brbrThe 1st floor has a full working kitchen and a table for four.brKitchen includes, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge, Sink, toaster, hot shot (to heat water quick for tea, 12 cup Coffee pot and kcup. We also provide Dish soap, dishwashing pods, Hand soap, Kitchen towels, Paper Towels, Coffee Filters, and napkins.brThe living room is right off kitchen with a half bath. The mountain views from the living room are breathtaking. Living room has a couch, a recliner, and a chair. There is a Smart Tv set up in the living room with Hulu live (to watch live tv), Netflix, and Disney+ and Internet.brThe Half Bath is next to the living room. We provide enough Toilet paper for a few nights and Hand soap.brThe 2nd floor:brWhen you come up from the stairs, there is a sitting area with great views of the mountains. this sitting area can also be used as a bedroom. It has a futon that can be pulled out and made into a Full-size bed. There is a Tv in this sitting room.brThe full bath has a tub/shower. We provide towels and washcloths for each guest. Also, will provide enough toilet paper for a few days, and Hand Soap. The bathroom is between the den and the bedroom.brThe Master Bedroom has a King size bed and vaulted ceilings.brThere is a large closet inside the bedroom.brbr**This is a 1 Bedroom rental. The Sitting room has a futon that can be pulled out as a small full-size bed.** Works well for 1 adult or 2 children.brbrThere are 3 HD TV's, with internet service in this rental. We offer Hulu live, Disney+, Netflix.brbr*Extra Guest- The number of guests on your reservation is the amount of guests allowed at the rental at any time. If more guests decide to come at the last minute or you will be having friends or family come over to visit please just notify us for approval. We price our rental to make it affordable for a single person, or a couple, even though it will sleep up to 4 people. After 2 guests we charge a fee for each guest for each night.brbrNo more than 4 people are allowed at the rental at any time.brNo PARTIES AT THIS RENTAL.brThis rental is really a good rental for 1-3 adults (due to the futon being on the smaller side and it being a duplex). brbrONLY DOGS:brWe allow dogs but have some guidelines we will need to send you to read and agree to before booking. Also before booking please check with us and give us a description of your dogs (size, age, temperament, house trained, etc.) There is a pet fee for each dog to stay with us. If you are wanting to bring more than one dog, please let us know before booking.brWe do not allow any other type of animals inside of our rentals.brbrIt is just 2 miles to I-40 and 1 mile from an entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway. You can be in downtown Asheville or the Biltmore House in 10 minutes or so.brThere are grocery stores and restaurants just minutes away.brbrWe take our cleaning procedures very seriously. We personally clean our rentals, and double check before you arrive.
