Views of Asheville airport and airliners landing and taking off! MANY types of wildlife to be seen including A LOT of turkeys, deer, squirrels, hummingbirds, groundhogs, bears, you name it!brbrTHE DRIVE UP (Important): Driving up the neighborhood is a steep, paved, one way road where it is important to be courteous of other drivers. Be prepared to backup and/or find a spot to let them by. There are no guard rails along the road. If it is foggy or there are leaves on the road, take your time! Parking is in our gravel driveway or up above and then walk down. Four wheel drive is not required. There will be NO refunds if you show up and find the drive to be scary or dangerous because I've outlined it here! If you don't like mountainous drives, please don't book. I don't find it to be that bad nor do the families that have been up here for decades but I'm making this disclaimer due to previous guests. Reviews on here may provide further insight to the road as well. Thank you.brbrI give my guests space but am available when neededbrWe live right next door as can be seen in the photos.
