Extended Stays
Reservations of 30+ days are subject to additional review. Stays exceeding 90 days require a separate agreement. A security deposit, mid stay cleaning fees and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.

Cancellation
More than 31 days before arrival = full refund (minus travel insurance premium if purchased).
14–31 days before arrival = initial payment is forfeited.
Within 14 days of arrival (or early departure/shortened stay) = all rent payments are forfeited, with cleaning fees and applicable taxes refunded as required.

    This is an awesome place to stay!! SO CLOSE to everything downtown!! Parking is the only thing that was a little bit of a challenge, but as far as the condo, it was amazing! We will definitely return!!

    The location of this unit was wonderful and close to everything. We enjoyed sitting on the small deck and taking the morning sun. QThe unit it self is on the small size, which we expected. The issue was with the tiny bedroom. The king bed is too big for the room. The size is about 9.5x 9.5 ft. There is no window or closet in the this room. The parking was a bit inconvenient, especially if you had groceries. The street parking is free if you park after 5:00 pm and leave before 8:00 am. The main complaint we had was that the unit appeare it was not rented for sometime as it was dusty and it needed a light cleaning. There weren’t enough towels in the unit and when we went to retrieve some from the supply cabinet there were none. We did wash towels 2 times…. We addressed the cleanliness with the manager and they provided a credit. Overall it was a pleasant stay

    This condo is amazing, the little terrace is quaint and they don’t skimp like some properties—there is plenty of paper towels, trash bag, laundry pods, and toilet paper just to name a few. The condo itself is clean and beautiful. When we had an issue at check in accessing the front door, someone immediately texted and took care of it in minutes. Highly recommended and we’ll stay there again.

    Steps away from everything, this super clean condo boasts a rare and lovely private balcony. The decor may not pack the same pizazz as other units in the price range but you will appreciate the quality and comfort.
