Once in the spring & once in the fall. Because the wagon sits on wheels we've never had an issue with insects or mice. However we have been told ladies bugs have been spotted previously. The main living area/ dining room have a vaulted ceiling with windows overlooking the water. The dining room comfortably seats 10, flowing in to the living room with comfortable seating, tv, and a door that walks out onto the side patio with outdoor dining set.br brThe Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishware and has a large kitchen island with bar stools as well as a lovely window seat tucked under the windows overlooking Keuka lake.br brThe main floor has a bedroom, with a Queen bed, and a full bath with a walk in shower.
