Situated five miles from Penn Yan on East Lake Road, the lot is on level land with ample off-street parking. The large grass field behind the lake house is great for throwing a ball or frisbee or just running around with the kids. The newly remodeled lake house is open and bright with cathedral ceilings in the lakefront living room and kitchen. Dual sliding glass doors facing the lake provide stunning views. The sliding glass doors open to a spacious deck where you and your family and friends can enjoy your breakfast while taking in the beauty of the lake. A few steps down from the deck is the gradual sloped beach. Take a lounge chair or your fishing pole out on the large L shaped dock and catch a tan or your dinner or both. The water depth at the end of the dock is deep enough to dock your boat. Grill your lunch and dinner on the gas grill on the lake side patio. The large picnic table (seats 12), and other outdoor furniture are a few feet from the grilling area. brAfter dinner, sip on your favorite beverage and get prepared to view a glistening sunset dropping behind the westside hill and across beautiful Keuka Lake.br Have the family and friends gather up some fire wood for the firepit on the beach. The very spacious upstairs loft/bedroom area has 2 new queen beds and a lounging area with an adjacent bathroom with a tub/shower. All the bedrooms have large windows to let in the radiant morning sunshine, and all bedrooms, except the the bunk bedroom, have ceiling fans. Second bedroom has two bunk beds (sleeps four) and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The apartment sleeps a maximum of 8 people. All new furniture and mattresses last summer. Central air-conditioning added in spring 2021! New queen bed and mattress added last spring. 112 feet of shoreline. Dock and swim float. Rowboat included. Big yard. Level property with lots of parking. Very quiet--6 acres of undeveloped land between highway and cottage. Only 2.5 miles away from the town of Penn Yan--close to supermarkets, restaurants and boutique shopping. Morgan Marina is 2.5 miles away where you can rent boats and stock up on watersports gear. Great fishing in Keuka Lake! Keuka is comfortable to swim in from mid-June through September. East Lake Road is right along the wine trail.brThe house is a duplex with the rental side on the south side of the building and the owners side on the north side of the building. We use our apartment on the weekends only but are only there about half the weekends in the summer. The rental apartment is 900 square feet.
