There are 3 separate bedrooms and a small loft, which is located above the living room. Two full baths are on public utilities which means no issues! The beds are great, the provided linens and towels are new and high-end. This property is located on the Lower East Lake Road which is great for walking, biking and taking slow drives around the lake. Wineries are nearby and have excellent vintages. Game closet indoors and a huge storage bin for outdoor games tucked into the trees. Bring on the badminton! The south end of the property has a very large parking area.
