Peaceful Hilltop Retreat Near Keuka Lake & Wine Trails

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home!

We would have loved a kettle and body wash and shampoo. Most the of the places we have stayed at always had toiletries provided so we were disappointed to see there wasn’t any. Apart from that we had a very comfortable stay.

Karl was a very responsive, helpful, communicative host. The house is amazing! Clean welcoming and comfortable. The house is well stocked, lots to do, lake is close by and town is not far away. We were in the area for a family wedding and should we ever come back we are definitely returning. Thank you for a wonderful experience Karl.

Our host excelled in prompt communication. The amenities were crisp clean, stylish with and plenty of space. Checking in and out was a breeze. It is a beautiful location with many activities in the area to enjoy.

House was amazing decorated beautifully with tranquil colors. Basement space and deck added extra relaxation areas. Kitchen was fully equipped to enjoy a meal after a day of visiting local wineries/breweries. Beds were comfortable location is also perfect.... close enough to downtown area but located in a peaceful area with a favorite winery and brewery located 1 mile away. Cant wait to return!

Extremely comfortable stay! We were in the area for Keuka College’s Green & Gold weekend. This VRBO is in a great location; proximity to Penn Yan, near some of the best wineries/breweries/distilleries, and short drive to Keuka College. All the essentials and comforts of home were provided to help make our family time memorable. The space was spotless. All the “little things” were thought of, including light switch labels, and an easy to control central air and heating. We are looking forward to our next visit (already booked!). If you’re reading this review, save some dates for us!

The house was awesome. Super clean and well stocked with supplies.Karl was great to work with. We arrived earlier than expected and were able to enter the home early. Location of home was great.All around great experience!!

Clean and plenty of essentials (paper towels, napkins, tissues, etc. Cozy and comfortable. Host was terrific - very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

The property offered all the basic necessities needed for visiting this area of the Finger Lakes region. The only advice to the owner is to provide a better selection of cookware. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location to our friends.

We loved the property! We were located just 2 minutes away from the Venue for Grandsons wedding. The house was stocked with the everyday products that you use. House very clean! The spacious house was immaculate. The furniture is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Sitting on the porch is delightful and quiet. The air conditioning worked well. The host is very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very peaceful location. It was a great home base for our stay to visit family. Loved sitting out on the deck. If you want a good workout, do a lap or 2 down to the main road and back up the hill. Hopefully we’ll be back on our next trip!

Everything about this experience was smooth. The owner was quick to answer questions, many small touches we noticed that added to the experience. The space is spotless and exactly as pictured. Definitely recommend.

This was the perfect home base for my husband and I and our adult children while we enjoyed our time at a local wedding right down the street. The place was spotless and Karl was very accommodating. We hope to return sometime for a longer stay.

This was an amazing stay!! Karl, the property manager, was very accommodating!! We were able to check-in early with no issues! The place is a hidden gem! Super clean and fresh. The overall design of the property is fantastic. My wife and I were in town to celebrate 4th of July with family and this we a wonderful rest bit from the family fun. It is so very quiet up there and the trees surrounding the property provide wonderful privacy! We will be back!!

Check in was so simple and the homeowner, Karl, was very responsive. My family and I really enjoyed our time in this very cute and cozy home. We didn't use the deck area or the grill because of the rain but we wanted to. I would recommend this home to any family who plans to visit the area! Thank you, Karl, for a fantastic long weekend getaway!

The homeowner was very responsive to any questions before our stay and told us exactly what to expect with check in, check out and how to leave the rental. The house is adorable, clean and had some fun games (loved the ping pong). We were close enough to wineries to enjoy them as well see some of the beautiful scenery around the lake. My only regret is that we didn't plan to stay longer.

Nice basic space that was perfect for two people on an extended work trip.

Loved staying at this home. It was clean, simple and comfy. Adequately equipped with dishes, games, wine and local Finger Lakes Coffee. The views were nice, particularly the lake at night. Good food choices in nearby Penn Yan and convenient to many wineries on the trail. Great communication with the owner, Karl. I will definitely consider this property when making future trips to the Finger Lakes. Thank you!
