Our riverview lodge is the ideal get away for fishing, snowmobiling or just to escape the hustle and bustle of the City! Located just 3 miles outside of Pulaski, the Master suite is the beautiful modern part of the home which backs onto the world famous Douglaston Salmon Run! Just a 5 minute drive from several boat launches into Lake Ontario, a 2 minute walk from snowmobile trails and minutes from best spots on the Salmon River you can't go wrong! The unit is one half of the whole house, separated by closed barn doors that are locked via a catch from this unit. If you are looking for the entire home, please see our 'Salmon River View' listing. The space has been beautifully renovated. The Master suite has a King bed with private balcony view over the Salmon River, a gas fireplace, an en suite with whirlpool bathtub and shower. It’s also equipped with a smart TV (Netflix, Prime and more). Pull back the small bookshelf next to the bed and you find the ‘secret room’ which has a single bed and a day bed, it’s a great place to escape for some peace and quiet. A third room can be found on the other side of the bathroom with a small double and a rollout for up to 3 guests. The upstairs living room has recliner sofas with cup holders for the ultimate down time, with another gas fireplace and smart TV (again with Netflix, Prime and more). Moving downstairs you'll enter a fully renovated Kitchen area and breakfast bar with a dining Alcove, all with a river view. Just across from the kitchen is the bar area with working beer tap (beer not supplied, 1/2 Keg required) and beer fridge perfect for socializing after a day on the lake, river or trails all under the glow of a third gas fireplace. There is a deck with furniture available to use outside that’s ideal to relax and enjoy the view. We provide hanging rails in the garage for waders and a fridge freezer to store any bait or caught fish. Absolutely no korkers or waders in the house please! Absolutely no fish to be skinned and gutted in the property! There are plenty of local stations that will do this for you for a very small fee and dispose of the detritus, including one just cross the street from the house. Furry friends are welcome to stay for an additional fee but must be kept off the furniture. You will enter through the garage and the main suite is separated from the secondary unit by clearly marked heavy dividing doors. You have the portion of the house to yourself up to the bar area. There is a 2 car garage used on a first come first serve basis between units and 2-3 spaces on the driveway. You will need a car to get around. If I am not available in person I will be available on the phone to resolve any issues. Backing onto the World famous Salmon River and just a 2 minute walk to one of the snowmobile trails, you really don't have to go far to access everything the area has to offer. Only 3 miles from the village of Pulaski with all the usual Amenities, you have a plethora of fishing spots, launch spots and hikes at your fingertips. You will need a vehicle! No korkers or waders inside the house, hanging rails are provided in the garage.

Our rental is located on a country road surrounded by open fields and trees.Summer brings beautiful sandy beaches and boating on Lake Ontario. It is a wonderful time of the year to take a day trip to the Thousand Islands and Finger Lakes regions where you can visit many state parks, and wineries. Bring you ATV or UTV's and enjoy the many trails from the Winona State Forest 15 miles away. You can also enjoy our U-Pick blueberries from our fields on the adjacent property. Don't forget the awesome sunsets at Selkirk State Park at the end our road! Autumn arrives with gorgeous color and fishing for Salmon on the Salmon River that flows through our town of Pulaski, NY. When winter arrives you can watch the snow fall from our cozy home sitting by the gas fireplace or bring your snowmobile to ride the trail system that goes through the field that borders our lawn. You are welcome to park your sleds in the garage at night upon your return from a day of adventure. Downhill and cross country skiing are also winter sports that many of us enjoy each year with our abundance of snow off the lake. Our rental has been completely remodeled in 2021. Everything is new! You will find a complete kitchen and full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with plenty of storage and a twin bed. The other bedroom also has a queen size bed. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa . There is one bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There is enough parking for two vehicles. We own the adjacent property which has plenty of space to park boat and snowmobile trailers. We have owned this property and the adjacent property for 47 years.
