Come enjoy this south of the highway home in Southampton set on a gorgeous .7 acre lot in an unbeatable location. Situated in heart of golf country with four world know courses within 4 miles and about 2 miles from the ocean beaches, the location is hard to replicate. You will be within a 1.5 mile walk to the village's Main Street. The 500 sqft covered porch overlooking the gunnite pool is where you will spend most of your summer days and nights. Pool is surrounded by over an over 1000 sq' bluestone patio. Kitchen and family room open up to porch and very deep back yard lot that includes a timber frame barn and children's play set and fire pit. Pool is also surrounded by fence as well as a fenced in back yard so you can feel safe that children can play or for your pets to be safe.brbrInside the house has five bedrooms, one down, four up. First floor queen bedroom has own full bath. Upstairs has king master with private full bath and claw foot tub. Other three bedrooms, full, two queens (one with loft also) share the full bath with claw foot tub. All bedrooms and loft have there own TV's. The fully finished 1000 sq ft basement also has full bath and two giant TV's along with ping pong and air hockey table. This is where our kids spend most of the time when indoors. Basement stairwell is open to first floor to feel connected to rest of house. Kitchen includes Viking double oven, 6 burner range along with SubZero Refrigerator as well as undercounter beverage center. Dining room table can seat up to 10 guests. Situated off of a quiet lane on a half-acre of land, this designer, updated, modern residence offers a peaceful and quiet Hamptons getaway. 3 wonderful bedrooms 2 modern bathrooms and a heated pool with mature landscaping gives one a relaxing feel. Additionally, please read my disclosures and rules as we don't approve parties or events. The house is great and very comfortable. THANKSbrbrThe designer home is the perfect getaway for a golf enthusiast or if you just want to relax by the pool. The residence includes central air conditioning, an updated kitchen, and outdoor shower. The updated chef's kitchen boasts commercial grade appliances (Sub Zero, Viking Dual Source oven and Bosch Dishwasher), and a deluxe hood with warmer. A convenient washer and dryer combo is in the laundry area. Please note there is a security camera located at the front door. br Please look at the reviews as the home is comfortable and beautifully appointed. I do have basic consideration rules in place to be sure that this is a win/win situation. Take a look, let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Please: no moving the furniture or beds. No beer pong or any juvenile games. No Diving or rough pool play. No Fireworks, Drones or anything that can we launched into the sky. We tend to have a $100 Pet fee per pet per stay. br6) No parties, events, chefs, baby showers, wedding showers, will not be accepted or permitted. 100% no smoking anywhere on property (including the driveways and outside - No Vaping or Drugs)brbrOutdoor Furniture: We provide basic outdoor furniture for your personal enjoyment. Please note that the outdoor furniture comes as is and the furniture could be subject to pollen, leaves, sticks and debris from the natural elements. While we will provide best efforts, we are not liable for your dissatisfaction if the condition is not up to your standards. We note that during of winter season, there could be snow: fall there could be leaves,: spring and summer, the furniture could experience heavy pollen and/or dusting. We consider this standard for outdoor furniture that is exposed to the elements.brbrYard/deck: We have Weekly lawn service. Some items to note: We don't know their schedules but assure you when the team arrives, they work quick and they are very polite. While we have weekly lawn service, we are not responsible for any natural and organic debris that could fall on the yard between services. These items include, sticks, leaves, pollen or anything else that is considered natural. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know right away. Please understand that this is nature and some items are out of our control, however, we will do our best to be sure you are happy. brbrTrash: The home has weekly trash pick up service. While we have weekly service, we are not responsible if the bin is full between services and consider this ordinary use. Additionally, we are not liable for any inconvenience if the trash is full or odor is strong. brbrBugs and Ants: Please note that the home has a monthly pest control service contract. We are not liable for your health issues and phobias and consider, ants, insects, ticks and any other natural specimen as ordinary for the country. While we will always make best efforts, we would like to remind guests that mosquitos, ants, bees, and any other pests are a part of the area and not a refection of the homes cleanliness. brbrGrill Use: We provide an outdoor BBQ Grill for your enjoyment. Please note, the grill uses a stand alone propane tank. We do not guarantee that the tanks will be filled, however we will make best efforts. We do have back ups for your ease of use. Additionally, the grill may have food particles stuck to the grill surface. We are not liable and we provide grill tools/cleaning materials if you like to clean the top of the grill.brbrOther things to notebrPool Access is limited to the seasonal dates of May 15th to Sept 15th. Pool heat will be provided between MD and LD. No pool heat will be offered in the rain. Additionally, please note: If the Pool is open prior to May 15th and/or between May 15th to MD, while we do not offer pool heat at our cost, pool heat can be provided at an additional fee/cost of $250 per day. The same applies from LD to Sept 15th and after. While the pool is serviced weekly, the host is not responsible for any organic debris (leaves, sticks or anything considered natural ) that could fall into the pool between the weekly service. We do provide a pool skimmer and tenant has permission to use the pool skimmer at any times during their stay.brbr-----POOL RULES------- Do not use or allow the pool to be used alone. Minors under the age of 18 shall not utilize the pool unsupervised. Unsupervised use by children is strictly prohibited. Never leave children alone in the vicinity of the pool.
