Wagon was much bigger than we thought. Everything was very neat and clean and we had a great time making S'mores! Highly recommended! Fires by the fire pit were amazing! Very peaceful getaway and many dog friendly places in the area. The town of Penn Yan was a treat too. Communications with the host were a breeze. Enjoy!

My sister and I spent the night in this wagon, and overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The photos in the listing gave a true representation of the interior, which was super cute and small but cozy enough for two people. However, the exterior didn’t quite match the pictures. The surrounding area was overgrown with tall, unruly plants, indicating that it hadn't been maintained as regularly as suggested. Additionally, there was another property about 100 yards away that wasn't visible in the listing photos, which made it seem like the wagon was in a more secluded location than it actually was.

Overall, we LOVED our stay. The wagon was much larger than we expected and the area felt so quiet and secluded yet so safe. The wagon was so clean and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. I was nervous about the bathroom/shower until we got there. It had great water pressure and temperature. Our host was AWESOME. He replied to all our messages so fast and even had a s’mores bar prepared for us in the wagon. I have never been to this part of NY and was here for work and honestly didn’t have much interest in the area until now. We will definitely come back. It was so stunning and the location of the wagon was so ideal and close to everything. Thanks so much for an awesome visit!

We loved the covered wagon. Everything is there that you need for a relaxing stay. The decor is great. The place is clean. They even had fixings for s’mores and also your morning coffee. The owners are great with filling you in on anything you need. Would recommend a stay here. Thank you so much.

We loved our stay in the covered wagon. Seth's messaging was helpful, though I did find it hard to reach him prior to our stay. Cooking over the fire had a rustic feel, while the very nicely-kept interior, with a nice bed, fridge, bathroom, and TV, kept us very comfortable in between going out for hikes at not-far-away Sugar Hill State Forest and Watkins Glen.

I decided to treat myself to a much needed getaway for my birthday. Good location, clean, nicely appointed. Good WiFi. Only wish I would have known the water was not potable. They should have provided a gallon if spring water, that wouldhave been wonderful. Also, they need to add a couple of hooks near the door for coats and bags. Nowhere to hang up clothes .

It was a fun change of pace to stay in a covered wagon. It is conveniently located to many places we wanted to go. Only thing I wish I had known to bring drinking water.
