Relaxing Lakeview Retreat! Pool, Hot Tub, Firepit, Gameroom Perfect for Groups,

Perfect home for 3 families in a great location! Loved the game and theatre rooms. Communication was awesome! We’ll definitely be back!

Very clean and thoughtfully appointed. The game garage was always in use and there were several options for gathering to watch an important game. Beds very comfortable. Exceeded expectations and met all our needs for a November family reunion.

Great place!

House was clean, very spacious and well furnished. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you might need to cook a meal or have a drink. We loved the coffee bar!

We all enjoyed our stay at this clean, comfortable, pet friendly house, especially the sparkling swimming pool, game room, large grill, modern firepit, and spacious front porch with a beautiful view of Keuka Lake. .Connie provided loads of helpful information about the house, shopping, parks, wineries, etc. and she was super responsive whenever we had any questions — before, during and after our stay.

The house was close to downtown Penn Yan and conveniently located to Crispin Hill, where we attended a family wedding.

The property was immaculate and we enjoyed all the small special touches that made our stay extra special. We enjoyed all the amenities and loved watchinv the sunsets from the front porch. We also liked the proximity to Penn Yan and restaurants and shopping. We would stay here again!

The house and property are gorgeous. The entire process was smooth. Communicating with the host and checking in and out was simple.There’s a golf course right next door some of the guys visited and had a great time. The Abandon Brewery is right down the road. Stopped at the local butcher and got amazing steaks. Cant oversell how great the house and location are. We will be back for sure!

We rented the property for a reunion of eight college friends. It was great to have common areas to hang out in. The house was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had just about everything we needed. We really enjoyed the hot tub! I guess the only con I would say is that the hot tub was not covered and it rained most of the weekend. We improvised with umbrellas but a simple awning over the hot tub would make it perfect! Really enjoyed the property though and check in and check out were a breeze. We would stay again!

We had a great time on our recent stay. Even the rain couldn't dampen our fun. The kids had so much fun with the putt putt and swing set. We all managed to sneak out to the fire pit at least once. Loved that the host supplied firewood. The hot tub was nice and warm and covered from that blasted rain!The kitchen had everything we needed. The adults spent most of our time playing games at the kitchen table. But the teens and kids enjoyed the game room (with an extra heater) and the movie room.The location was central to everything we wanted to do .

Property was as advertised. Beds were comfortable, hot tub was great. Kids enjoyed the Video games and playing ping pong.

Extremely well organized. Host thought of everything! Lots of fun spaces to hang out. We all had a wonderful time.

Connie was great regarding communication with us before, during and after our stay there. She was a great person to work with and helped make our vacation a good one.

The home and pool were beautiful. Plenty of rooms and towels. Lots of lawn area. Needs a landscaper to trim some foliage around the property. Family had a great time swimming and playing in the game room. We all slept great on comfortable beds. Made many dinners in the well supplied kitchen. Great family vacation.

I have been a VRBO user for 10 years, this has been one of the best and seamless stays I've every had. I text Connie that we couldn't find ping pong balls in the house, she immediately sent over via Instacart a new box AND some treats for the kids!! Above and beyond define this stay. The information packet and house manual is one of the most detailed I've had. The house is well appointed, immaculate and the video game console keeps the teens occupied but is old school enough that they aren't spending all of vacation in front of a playstation. The location is perfect. Keep in mind that it is lake view, not lakeside (which is in the description but there was initially some confusion from my in laws). Also follow the host's directions exactly, if you aren't careful, google maps takes you to another house. I can't recommend this house and host enough!!

The house was great, the weather did not cooperate for our intended plans, but there was plenty to do at the house and in the area to make up for the weather causing us some grief. The back deck/pool/hot tub area is easily the best part of the house at least for our group. Every moment it was not raining we were out there enjoying all the amenities. The house itself was clean, well kept, beds were all comfy and clean, plenty of cooking and dining space as we did in house meals made. The weather caused some flooding issues around the property and the host were excellent in getting right a hold of me so I could keep them informed as to what was going on, and they addressed the weather related issues with their cleaning and maintenance staff immediately, which thankfully didn't set our trip back at all. Book without hesitation!

Overall we (5 adults/ 4 teens) loved the property - especially the pool, hot tub, garage game room, grill, and location near the lake. We especially appreciated the host's responsiveness to inquiries, the king-size beds, and the soft bath towels/ toiletries...a nice and convenient touch. Would suggest upgrades to the mini golf area and new seating for the movie room. The Finger Lakes region offers so much to do for example we went rafting, rented a pontoon boat for tubing and fishing, visited several local wineries, enjoyed dinner out, played golf and squeezed in a day trip to Niagara Falls. Our 3 families have vacationed together for 18 years and we all agree this is in the top 1 or 2 out of all the vacation homes we've stayed at over the years.

We spent a week at the property and had a blast! All of the amenities were in great condition and easy to use!

The property was perfect for our family that included young children as well as an elderly mother. We enjoyed all that was offered-pool, miniature golf for kids, playset, front yard, fire pit, and more. Great location to enjoy the lake and near downtown Penn Yan for easy access for groceries and ice cream!

This property is the perfect little escape we needed for our girls weekend. With all the bedrooms and beds, there was the perfect amount of space for all of us without it being crowded. The pool and outside area was beautiful and spacious. I would recommend this place to anyone. The hosts were very responsive throughout the whole process as well.
