The owners working with an architect, building engineer, general contractor and renown decorator restored this historical building, which was originally a Post Office in circa 1870. They renovated the old third floor boarding house in 2017 to create a luxury apartment in the sky. Sleeps 6+ adults/children. Walk to beach, restaurants, and the famous Amusement Park.brbrIt’s a beach atmosphere here and the flooring, colors, furnishings and decoctions reflect the beachy theme as you can see from the pictures. The panoramic views from this tallest building in the resort are spectacular. The view includes Oneida Lake in the front, Erie Canal in the back and village restaurants and entertainment to either side. A renown local decorator, Rosanne Smith, worked with the owners to detail the apartment furnishing and finishing. There are double beds in two bedrooms and Queen Size beds in the two master bedroom suites. One master bedroom suite has its own bathroom, featuring a dramatic ceramic tiled shower area. The second full bathroom is large and has nice view of the canal. brbrThis luxury apartment/condo is housed in an historic building with Greek columns making it an iconic center for the resort. The bottom floor is the home of the famous newly renovated Pancake House restaurant. brbrThe penthouse condo kitchen includes granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. Before departure, please make sure all garbage is bagged and placed in the appropriate bins.br-Please treat our home and amenities with the same respect you would your own, leave home in same condition you found it and if you notice anything broken or out of place let us know right awaybr-No smoking and no recreational or illegal drug use whatsoever on the property. Any evidence of smoke in the home after check out will be subject to a $300 fine and any guests found to be partaking in illegal drug use while still inhabiting the home will be removed immediately, no refund will be issued and possible legal ramifications will ensuebr-Please be extremely careful with starting a fire in the outdoor campfire fireplace. Please clean up any garbage left around this area and use caution when enjoying a firebr-Parties are not allowed under any circumstances unless prior notice and permission is given such as a family gathering, large birthday, significant event, etc. All must be cleared by the host prior to bookingbr-Respect the neighbors: it is very important that noise levels are kept reasonable in the outdoor areas after 10pm. If there are any complaints we may not be able to continue hosting in the future and any repeated noise complaints will result in removal from propertybr-Please notify us of any extra house guests as they must be approved before staying- you may be charged an additional fee or, depending on the circumstances, we will enforce a removal from the property for all guests immediately without a refundbr-Report damages and anything in non-working conditionbr-Please no food or drink in the bedrooms, guests will be liable to compensate host for any stains on linens or comfortersbr-It is self check in and out with a smart code that will be given a few days prior to your booking. Guests are required to lock all windows and doors before they departbr-Pets must be approved before entering the home. If pets are brought in without consent from the host there will be a $250 fine and depending on the circumstances all guests may be removed from the property with out a refund.
