The spacious deck off the main-house kitchen is great for outdoor cooking on the gas grill, and the large backyard is wonderful for playing. The man-made natural pool pond is wonderful for swimming during the summer months, and beautiful to look at any time of year. The pool/pond is lined, fresh water, filtered by special plants. No chemicals at all. The black liner absorbs a lot of sun, and the pond is heated naturally that way.brbrNOTE: Price quoted is for both the main house and apartment.
