Our home, with 75' of pristine Canandaigua Lake Frontage has all the modern conveniences you want, including central air, laundry facilities and is only 5 minutes away from all amenities and all of your shopping needs. brbrThe water depth at the seawall is one foot dropping gradually off to the end of the dock with about five plus feet. It's ideal for kids all ages to swim, snorkel or just sit in the water. The dock comes with an 6000lbs lifting capacity electric boat hoist, without canopy cover and a 1200lbs capacity PWC lift with handwheel.brbrAll of our interior is newly furnished. The first floor includes a full bathroom with shower. The fully equipped, modern and bright kitchen with its breakfast bar seating six, the living room and the dining area are overlooking the lake.brbrFrom the dining area you step out on the covered porch which invites you to relax on one of the comfortable chairs.brbrThe second floor has four bedrooms. Henry and his wife, Lillian, raised their family on this estate while Henry launched his career as the Vice President of the Canandaigua Tin Company, served on the Board of Directors for the Canandaigua First National Bank, and raised cattle on his farm.brbrMore than 100 years later, while saving the last five acres of the original parcel, Henry and Lillian's home was completely renovated and restored. The tower lights under the original cast iron decorative cresting have once again been lit. Throughout the house, four bedrooms, 1 King, 2 queens all offering comfortable bedding the forth bedroom has 6 twin beds. The kids have their own bedroom & bathroom and the comfort of Lake life will have you relaxed in no time!l The picturesque outdoor living spaces features abundant seating on the picnic table, lawn space for your favorite yard games or lounging on the lawn. A flight of 5 steps leads down to 59 feet of lakefront, a large dock yours for hanging out, sun bathing, fishing off the end. We have a 5,500 lb wakeboard or regular boat electric boat hoist. (we are unable to accommodate boats or jet skis tied up to the dock, we do have a boat hoist for your power boat or your wakeboarding boat and we do have a mooring buoy for your jet ski and your pontoon boat ). The entire house is all yours. Your private beach is 59 feet and a dock. There is a security camera facing the dock and the water for your safety. The dock perfect for fishing, reading, relaxing and jumping off. TWO 8 foot sit on kayaks are available for you to enjoy. Bring your beach towls and water shoes. We have a boat hoist to hold upto a 5,800 lb wakeboard boat. PONTOON BOAT INFO We have a mooring buoy for a pontoon boat. you are NOT allowed to tie up a pontoon boat or any boat to the dock, it is a not strong enough to hold a boat. We don’t allow anything to be tied up to this dock. Jet skis are not allowed to be tied up to the dock, but you can beach them on our beach.
