You won't believe that you are staying at North Peak Condo at Sunday River. You will feel like you are staying in a cabin on top of a mountain. This condo has been completely redone. Located on the top floor of building three which is one of most desired spots at Sunday River. The trail access is amazing and so aren't the views from the windows. Bedroom one has a king size bed. Bedroom two has a full with a twin bunk over. There is also a blow up mattress if needed. North Peak also offers an outdoor heated pool. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00.
