A lovely clean place that would be wonderful for families with children! We couldn’t be closer to Sunday River!!

The home was very close to the mountain on a quiet street. Everything was clean and well maintained. The weekend was very cold but house was nice and toasty.

Exactly as listed. Also very clean, comfortable and close to the ski lifts.

We really enjoyed our stay in the summertime. The area was so quiet and peaceful; almost no traffic. The house was very clean and “modern”. Decorated nicely. There wasn’t much in the kitchen to help with cooking but that was fine because we were attending a wedding. Even though it says it sleeps 8-10, it’s really only comfortable for 2 couples (4-5 adults) and the rest children because the double couch sofa and trundle bed were not very comfortable at all. Regardless, we definitely enjoyed our stay and would go again, just not with 8 adults.

This property was perfect! Very clean, spacious, and well-appointed. There were so many thoughtful touches that made this house truly the best vacation rental we've ever stayed in (e.g., easy-access HDMI ports on the ENOURMOUS TV, great Wi-Fi, great kitchen with all the essentials). A small group of friends rented this property for our final ski weekend of the year. We were immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the home and the care that was clearly taken in updating and maintaining the property. Wonderful location and property! The house is a minute drive from Sunday River resort so traffic is not an issue. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. The beds were super comfortable and there were lots of extra touches that made the house very special. Everything is updated and the owners were very communicative.

We have stayed at many ski rentals in CO, UT and several throughout the years at Sunday River. This was the cleanest and most well appointed interiors we have experienced. The description of the location is accurate. About a 10-5 min walk or about a 2 min drive to the lodge. The garage and car park are a nice plus for the nights with fresh snow, making the morning trip to the mountain that much easier.Our family enjoyed the space and the coziness of this house. We hope we can enjoy it again I’m a future Sunday River trip.

This house if perfect for two couples with two kids in tow. Super clean and organized - comfortable and charming to spend time in after days of skiing. Would highly recommend and will definitely book again.

Our stay at River Ranch was great. House was clean and well stocked. Very close to South Ridge Lodge (walking distance if you're up for it, though it would be a trek with gear). Michele was very communicative. AND we got 3 feet of snow - couldn't ask for a better time!

Located so close to the mountain! It was perfect for our trip with kiddos we could come and go from slopes as needed. Such better space for us than anything available through Sunday River itself. We super appreciated the restaurant and area recommendations provided! Thank you!
