This house was a 10/10 in every way! The setup was absolutely perfect, I think the extra details of beautiful mums and pumpkins to make it festive when u walk in was such a nice touch. . We especially loved the top deck with its beautiful view. The river was incredible—and our dogs were in heaven! I was super impressed with how clean everything was, especially for a pet-friendly home. We had a great memorable weekend . We definitely want to come back in the summer early fall again! One of my favorite VRBO’s !!

This property was amazing. The house was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed! There was so much space. Having access to the hot tub, fireplace, sauna and the pool table just made this property that much better. The river was a hit for all of us but especially our dogs! They loved it and swam for hours everyday! Overall, this was a perfect spot for all of our family members of all ages and pets. We are so thankful to the owners for allowing all 3 of our dogs to be a part of our vacation.

Our recent stay at this home was fantastic and exceeded all expectations! The house is perfect and offers plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The bedrooms were a good size and beds were comfortable.The amenities truly set this rental apart. The steam shower was an incredible luxury, and the sauna was a wonderful added touch for unwinding. The downstairs space is a game-changer and really makes the house – with a pool table, poker table, and skeech game, there was never a dull moment.The deck was also a great spot to hang out and enjoy the surroundings. Beyond the amazing property, the hosts were super easy to communicate with and incredibly responsive, which made the whole rental process seamless and stress-free.We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, fun, and well-equipped getaway!

The property was absolutely perfect for our group. My oldest daughter, her husband and their two kids, eight and 10. They stayed downstairs outside of the game room and absolutely loved it. Three of my other children and their spouses each had their own rooms. The house is warm and cozy. The gas fireplace places were authentic and threw off great heat. The outside gas fire pit was a big hit. We bundled up in blankets and sat around One night while the men had cigars. The trip to the mountain was quick and easy. Opposite from most of the traffic. The Matterhorn at the end of the street was a fun bar with live music. Two great kitchens well equipped. The best part was the responsiveness of the hosts. The coffee pot did not have any coffee filters and the local market did not have the right kind. I made a phone call and they dropped some off. We really did not want for anything. We are looking to book that same house again next year.!

Lovely mountain home, house had everything you could need and LOTS of activities for kids and teens. Hot tub and sauna were a huge hit after skiing! Owners/managers answered questions within a few minutes, very helpful. Super convenient if you are skiing at Sunday River!

We had lots of fun at this well appointed home. We were very close to Sunday River and the house had lots to do. Loved the Skeech game!!

The house was spacious, clean, and well set up for big groups for cooking. The sauna, hot tub, and access to the river were all highlights, as was the views off the back porch. Easy access to Grafton Notch State Park and the White Mountains.

Beautiful property…big house with lots of room for the 9 of us. The water out back was a big hit with everyone! Lots of tubing with a little current to float us downstream! Kitchen well supplied with everything needed for meals. Great week!

The house was perfect! It was in a private area so it was very quiet and peaceful. Lots of chipmunks and groundhogs roamed the property which was fun for the kids to spot. We had 3 families to share in this home. Older adults to a 1yo in age range. The kids loved the bunk beds. Two families had to share a bathroom on the main floor which wasn’t ideal and no one used the loft bedroom due to lack of privacy but it certainly met our needs. We loved the wrap around porch on the back which was enclosed which made it perfect for the kids! The kitchen had every tool necessary and plenty of space for prep. The downstairs area was fun for all ages! The access to the river was a bit steep but once in, it was fabulous! There were patches of dirt/sand that was fun for the kids to play in. The area was close to the Sunday resort and bethel for restaurants and local hiking. We also did a day trip to Santa village in Jefferson, NH which was fun for the kids! Overall a great house for a family trip!

House was amazing inside and out! We had a full house but it never seemed crowded - two kitchens so helpful. We all enjoyed the fire pit and being able to cool off in the river! Any questions I had were answered right away. We all had a wonderful week.
