Although, generally not needed because the sea breeze keeps temps cooler at our house, there is a 5 zone heat pump with A/C. For, summer cookouts, there is a 4 burner Weber gas grill with separate warmer.brbrRental Policy:brPets: Prior approval is required! Pet Fee- $250 per pet, maximum of (2). Additional security may be required. It is expected that the house will be cleaned up prior to leaving according to the rental agreement. Additional cleaning, especially if caused by a pet on the premises will be deducted from the security deposit. Being pet owner's ourselves, we trust people will respect the property and clean up after your pet.
