It's just a very short free bus ride from Winter Park Resort or a quick walk to the shops and restaurants of downtown Winter Park. Luckily guests can also access National Forest hiking, biking and snowshoeing trails from the property, no vehicle needed . The complex provides guests with multiple hot tubs, a heated pool and a sauna where you can unwind after a day on the slopes. The unit itself has a diverse bedding arrangement that would allow for multiple families, a few couples or a responsible group of singles. There is a great gas fireplace in the living room that can be enjoyed by those on the sleeper sofa couch as well as providing a nice view for the cook in the kitchen. If guests all want to watch tv together they can use the large HDTV in the living room or if everyone has their own agenda, they can split up and utilize the cable equipped TV's in each of the bedrooms. brbrThe Property:brFrom the outdoor parking area you'll walk up to the third/top floor to reach the condo. Home has many new upgrades & renovations (completed July 2019). Two entirely new high- end bathrooms, custom granite sinks, and custom notty alder vanities, high end Toto toilet, all new time and fixtures and brand new large capacity washer and dryer. very classy, New curtains throughout, high-end linens & bedding, New custom made queen/queen log bunk beds with high-end new memory foam mattress, newly renovated deck, new hickory hardwood floors in kitchen & tvs in all rooms. brFully stocked kitchen w/brDouble ovens and all the necessities you could possibly need for cooking/baking. New Slab Granite countertops and granite kitchen table. There are 3 coffee makers to appease everyone’s tastes, a Keurig, a regular coffee maker and a French press. br brThe family room is very cozy with 3 full length very comfortable couches and the table is filled with games galore! The fallow deer chandelier adorns this room. Rock wall w mantel surrounds the real log fireplace but renters need to buy their own wood which is sold at many stores around if we approve fires which we will let you know prior to arrival. Off the family room is our large deck. A great extension of living space. The covered part of the deck has a very high-end stainless steel Lynx Grill and benches to sit and a mini fridge. Step down a sto from the covered deck onto our really large deck which has our newest addition of a 3 person chair lift mounted on our deck that is from the first ski resort in the nation from Sun Valley Idaho. Very nice table and chairs and other bench seats and brOutstanding views of the ski slopes and Continental Divide. Lights surround the deck every evening. A wonderful place to eat meals, coffee and the peaceful surroundings. brbrBack inside the home is a log staircase that leads to 2 rooms that are mountain themes. One room has brand new custom-made Queen/Queen Log bunk beds with high end memory foam mattresses. Very comfy and very roomy. Moose themed room. brbrThe next bedroom has a custom made log queen bed. Surge protectors to plug in all you need are located in every room of the home. brbrOur home has a new huge main floor master suite with vaulted ceilings, 2 ceiling fans, amazing views of slopes & Continental Divide, a king sized comfy bed, a couch that opens into a bed, a desk for a work space, 65” tv, and a private bathroom with large jacuzzi tub /Shower surrounded by granite walls and European shower doors w a granite sink to match the walls. There’s also a fold out twin bed and a pack & play if needed. There’s also a highchair, booster chair, etc for the little ones and books and games for all ages, from baby and toddler to adult. brbrOur Personal items of rustic decor add to the charm of this log home. A True CO experience. Large driveway! World class skiing & 600 miles of mountain bike trails. We can assist w guiding you to many of the places you would like to see or go according to your interests and budget. We like to help guide our guests in planning a great getaway. brbrEnjoy summers & free Thursday night concerts at our new Amphitheater 1 1/2 min drive or short walk from our home and free Friday night concerts at the outdoor shopping and dining mall at bottom of our hill.
