We are not a hotel, we do our best to make sure that every guest and group are happy. The cabins are in the mountains and therefore small furry and crawly friends may visit from time to time, especially in the late fall. All of our cabins are NO SMOKING inside or on the decks and patios, the Rocky Mountains are under constant fire danger and our cabins are all made of wood. We also want to respect the smells and preferences of other guests. If our onsite managers smell smoke of any type then the entire deposit is forfeit. Our cabins in Estes Park are on well systems. That means the sinks can have streaks when clean and the HOT TUBS can be off color as the minerals react with the cleaning chemicals. The water is safe to drink and very clean! PETS are allowed in BOTH cabins, however, we only cater to dogs and only very well behaved ones. This cabin can have 2 dogs, the other only 1. Please keep dogs crated when not home. We do not have dog runs at this time. Please clean up after dogs. We employ an additional cleaning service for pet dander and rug shampoo so that our allergic guests are also happy. We charge a $40 pet fee for EACH dog that is not usually reflected in the price quote. FIRE: we have gas fire pits at both houses, wood burning is not allowed in Estes Park vacation rentals. PARKING: the driveways visibly have space for 6 vehicles at each house BUT ARE LIMITED TO 3-4 due to city code, please let us know if you are in need of more and we can help you find off-site parking. CAMERAS: we have live closed circuit cameras on the driveways, the main decks, and the water front. These are for safety and security and are only accessed by the owner. Hopefully the pictures of this place do the talking (and the reviews), but this place will really make you feel at home in Estes Park.brbrOut of the way of the main town, you'll be a short drive to the parking garage and start of the riverwalk through downtown Estes. Both national park entrances, north and south, are accessible without having to drive through the town traffic, and you're surrounded by beautiful pine forests. Three different deck/patio areas to enjoy the beautiful and peaceful views, the master bedroom even has it's own deck to relax on.brbrWe started listing this home in June of 2021, so please read our reviews to know what kind of hosts we are, but don't pay attention to the property details if it's before then, our new place is bigger and better! Two sets of washer/dryers, one in the master bedroom closet, one in the downstairs garage, a wine fridge in the kitchen, a sunny breakfast/game nook with a popcorn maker, lots to enjoy here. We even have four lifetime passes to the newly-opened Mustang Mountain Coaster that you're welcome to use.brbrMy wife and I have been hosting VRBO properties since 2008, and we strive to think of everything you might want to make your stay as comfortable and problem-free as possible.brbrLastly, we have a town restriction, due to the fact that we're in a residential area, of four cars in the driveway at any time. We have four garage spots, so you can have up to 8 cars if four are in the garages, but the town enforces there only being four cars visible at any time (including for events).

Our newly remodeled 4 bedroom home has Mountain View’s and is located within a few yards of the Little Thompson River.brThe living room has plenty of seating, a tv and a fireplace to relax in after a long day of hiking. The entertainment room has a large screen TV, game table, foosball table, games, puzzles and books. For the little one, a separate playroom has a play kitchen set, toddler basketball hoop, toys, games, books and a table. Nestled between the bunk beds is a tepee for the kids to escape and use their creativity. brThe kitchen is well appointed with everything needed to cook and serve a nice meal including a full set of pots and pans, waffle maker, crockpot, toaster, a coffee station that includes a coffee maker and Keurig. brWith two decks there is plenty of space to sit and watch the abundant wildlife, relax in the spacious hot tub and star gaze, lay in the hammock with a cold drink listening to the river or enjoy a BBQ at the picnic table. brThe family friendly neighborhood has a newly installed playground and room to set up a favorite yard game. The 1/4 mile of river access owned by the HOA has benches to sit and enjoy the river, fish, or use one of the several picnic tables nestled among the pine trees to enjoy a meal.brYou can take a 10 minute walk into Rocky Mountain National Park or drive in with the park entrance just a couple miles away. Downtown shopping, eating, entertainment and amusement are also just a couple miles away. brTo help make everyone’s visit most enjoyable the HOA does not allow smoking anywhere in the neighborhood (and may impose a fee that would be passed on to our guests), and does not allow motorcycles, RVs or tents.
