Please be mindful of other guests during these hours.brbr3. No SmokingbrSmoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabins. Use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.brbr4. Pet PolicybrDogs are welcome in designated pet-friendly cabins and outdoor areas only.br • Dogs must be leashed when outside.br • Dogs are not allowed in the pool area.br • Dogs must never be left unattended in the cabin unless crated. Guests must bring their own kennel or crate.br • Please clean up after your pet.brbr5. Maximum OccupancybrRespect your cabin’s listed occupancy. No unregistered guests or overnight visitors without prior approval.brbr6. Check-In & Check-OutbrFollow posted check-in/check-out times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guest.brbr7. Outdoor Fire SafetybrUse fire pits and grills responsibly. Never leave a fire unattended, and ensure all fires are fully extinguished.brbr8. Wildlife and EnvironmentbrDo not feed wildlife. Remain on marked trails and respect the natural surroundings.brbr9. ParkingbrUse only designated parking areas. This helps maintain accessibility for other guests and emergency vehicles.brbr10. Garbage DisposalbrPlace all trash in provided bins or designated disposal areas. Please do not leave garbage outside overnight.brbr11. SecuritybrLock all cabin doors and windows when you are away or sleeping. Lock all vehicles and secure valuables. Timber Lodge Cabins is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.brbr12. Pool RulesbrThe pool is open daily from 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM.br • No lifeguard on duty — use at your own risk.br • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.br • No glass containers in the pool area.br • Keep noise to a reasonable level out of respect for nearby cabins.brbr13. Inventory & DamagesbrMissing or damaged items (linens, towels, dishes, etc.) may result in additional charges.brbr14. VisitorsbrOnly registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved by management.brbr15. Hair DyebrHair dye is strictly prohibited in all cabins.
