We recommend 4WD or AWD vehicles between late fall and early spring. Usage instructions will be sent before your stay. Please treat these features with care and always secure them after use.brbrNoise & Neighbors: While the property feels private and peaceful, we do ask that guests respect quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM) in consideration of nearby neighbors. Highway 285 is nearby and can be heard from the house at times, especially when large trucks pass by. Most guests find it manageable, but we like to set honest expectations.brbrRemote Feel, Modern Comforts: Though you’ll feel immersed in nature, you’ll have strong Wi-Fi, good cell signal, and all the comforts of home.
