Less than 200 feet from the front door are hiking trails leading to the neighborhood ponds. The neighborhood features 200 acres of open space for hiking, biking, and volleyball.brbrThere is ample parking in front of the home (space for 3 cars). The home is located on a private easement shared with a few other neighbors. Because of this, there is almost no traffic on that road. We do ask that you be courteous of our neighbors and stick to the designated parking spaces.brbrWINTER:brTo get to Sunset Haven, you’ll be on paved roads the entire time with the exception of the 100 foot easement (rare for mountain properties!)
