There is a powder room downstairs and a full size front loading washer and dryer are located in the attached one car garage, which are available for guest use (detergent is provided). brbrThe kitchen is outfitted with a Wolf Range & other high end appliances. The dishware provided is a beautiful set of Mikasa bone china with plenty of flatware and glassware. Stainless steel and non-stick pots and pans are provided so guests can use whichever they prefer :) If you have any specific questions on what is in the kitchen, please just ask! If you would rather cook outside, there is a Weber 6 burner gas grill available to use on the patio along with BBQ tools. brbrUpstairs, there are 4 bedrooms (2 king beds & 2 queen beds). On this level, there is a bedroom with two double beds and a 3/4 bathroom located just outside the bedroom. Moving up to the second level, you'll find a carpeted floor with three additional bedrooms. One of these bedrooms is a queen-sized room with its own attached full bathroom. There is also a bunk room with a full-size bed on the lower bunk, a twin-size bed on the upper bunk, and an additional twin-size trundle bed. The second level also has a full bathroom in the hallway. The master bedroom, located on this floor, is furnished with a king-size bed, an en suite 3/4 bathroom, and a small balcony. The laundry facilities, consisting of a stackable washer and dryer, are conveniently placed on the second floor as well. This home is equipped with air conditioning, an interior dining patio, and two parking spaces in the garage.Move In Move Out Times: Move in 4:00 PM Move Out 10:00 AMbrbrNotes for Arrival and Departing: brbrArrival : We will send you a keypad code for the front door with in 24 hours before arrival. There will be a four digit code then hit enter into the keypad and turn the key knob to open the lock. brThis condo is truly a gem in Newport. With tile flooring, granite countertops, your stay will be comfortable and enjoyable. The main living area consists of the kitchen, dining area, and family room. A large HD television is in the family room for time spent away from the sand.brbrThe kitchen is outfitted with new appliances and an assortment of spices, oils, and other cooking basics. Pots, pans, a knife block, cooking spoons, bone china dishware, flatware, glasses, toaster, coffee maker, and tea kettle are also provided. If you have any specific questions on what is provided, please just ask!brbrThere is a large master suite with a king bed and a TV. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. All bed and bath linens are professionally laundered and are always soft and clean. It is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or at work!brbrThere are 2 bathrooms and Nest toiletries are included for all guests as well as a hair dryer and an iron with an ironing table. A full sized washer and dryer are located in the guest garage, and are available for guests to use (detergent is provided).brbrFrequently Asked Questions:brbr1. Are there two units Are they connected brYes, there are two separate units. This is the downstairs unit, but it is not connected to the upstairs unit and they do not share an entrance area.brbr2. Do you rent the whole duplex brYes, we do rent the whole duplex. Please contact us if you’re interested in that. brbr3. What is included in terms of linens brWe provide bedding for all the beds. Bedding will include: fitted sheet, flat sheet, duvet & cover, and four pillows with pillow cases. For towels, we provide 8 bath towels, 8 hand towels, 4 washcloths, and 4 beach towels. brbr4. Is there a BBQ brYes, there is one natural gas BBQ. The BBQ is on the patio and is a Weber Genesis natural gas 3 burner BBQ.brbr5. How far is the beach brThe beach is less than 200 feet (walking) away from the property.brbr6. How much parking is included brThere is 1 enclosed garage spot. Additionally, you are able to park 1 small car behind the garage (as long as they do not block the neighbors). There is street parking all around the area and that does not require a permit of any sort. The garages are for normal to mid-sized cars and SUV's. Any large cars/trucks/SUVs will not fit and will need to park behind the garage or find street parking.brbr7. Are there any beach items included with the property brYes, we provide beach chairs, beach towels for everyone on your reservation, and umbrellas. We also have small beach toys for little ones. brbr8. Do you provide bikes brNo, but there are plenty of rental places nearby and some will even deliver the bikes to you.brbr9. Do you have baby items like pack and plays brNo, we do not provide baby items because we do not have the ability to sanitize the items after each guest. There are rental companies in the area that specialize in providing baby items (and have the sanitization facilities) while on vacation and they can deliver the items as well as pick them up.brbrPlease note that there can only be 6 people (including children) sleeping at the property per Newport Beach City rules. No large parties or gatherings of any kind. If authorities are called to the property, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.brbrWe are licensed with the City of Newport Beach and have an added in 10% tax to the nightly rate that is remitted to the city per short term housing regulations.
