Don’t be surprised if you see dolphins and whales swimming offshore during their feeding time during your stay. It is in walking distance of Balboa Pier where there are a variety of shops, recreational boat tours and water toys, small markets, and restaurants. If you prefer to stay home and relax this home has an enclosed private back patio with a gas barbecue, 2 cozy lounge areas, one with gas fire pit and a dining area with table and seating for eight.brLIVING & DININGbrEnter through a Dutch door into an open and airy living room with a comfortable couch and armchair. It is a relaxing area to watch TV, listen to music (Sonos sound system throughout the house and patio) and enjoy the ambiance of the gas fireplace.
