This avoid lots of summer traffic on the Peninsula by easily reaching the 55 Freeway from Superior Ave. to Harbor Blvd. freeway entrance. brbrThis beach house is within walking distance 0-2 miles of Newport Pier, supermarket, liquor/convenience store, pharmacy, restaurants, fast food, movie theatre, banks, and shops for all ages. The Balboa Fun Zone is just a short ride down the peninsula and Balboa Island is a ferry ride across the bay. The wide sandy beach is only 11 houses away. The bike path and the boardwalk are nearby which run along the beachfront. Nearby are Channel Park with a children's playground and bay beach where you can launch your paddleboards, kayaks, or just play in the sand with the kids.
