Parking Enforcement
No illegal parking:
• Dolphin Sanctuary – no parking behind the garage
• Surf View – no parking over the yellow line behind the garage
• No parking in the alley for either property
Violations may result in city fines of $2,000+ and are the renter’s responsibility

Noise Enforcement
Parties or loud gatherings may result in city fines of $2,000+ and/or immediate eviction without refund, for which the renter is responsible.
