Oceanfront Luxury, Incredible views and sunsets

Lots of construction all around the house. We had mostly a weekend stay so it wasn’t a problem. I would have been upset had we been there mid week. House had some minor maintenance issues, property manager was very responsive. Second en-suite has a double bed. It would work for a family but we were two families sharing the space and it was tough for the second couple. Location was great. Having the grassy area had its pluses and minuses. Great for family play a little loud, is you sleep with the windows open, do to the parking and beach access. Even after the strict noise ordinance hours. The house overall is one of the nicest properties we saw for rent. Hot tub on the deck is awesome. We’d consider staying again.

The house itself is really beautiful and had everything that we could’ve possibly needed. There were beach chairs, towels, games for the beach stored in the garage. Every floor had a balcony with great views and folding doors that let in the sea breeze. The location is within close walking distance to restaurants, the ferry, the fun zone and the pier. The beds were comfortable, washer dryer was awesome to have in the house, thick solid doors on every room to provide privacy and quiet. We plan on returning as soon as we can.

Nice home good location but not as quiet as I anticipated.

Overall the house was great. The fact that every room had its own bathroom and balcony was awesome. The downstairs patio was great for people watching and hanging out. Everyone walking by kept commenting on how beautiful the house was. The grassy field in front of the house was a great area to throw the football or play soccer. I’m very picky and we will definitely visit this house again. Thank you for an epic 4th of July beach trip!

Great location for the annual parade fireworks. Close to great restaurants. And being right on the strand was convenient.

We've been to this property many times and it's a great set up for families. The adults have plenty of gorgeous indoor and outdoor space to hang out and the kids have a great loft to kick back but still enjoy the beautiful view and weather.

We had a wonderful time at this home. The location is outstanding with the grass area in front and the beach just beyond the grass. We loved the walkability to coffee shops, restaurants, duffy boat rentals, the fun zone and so much more. The kitchen was well stocked and the sand toys and chairs were appreciated. Todd was great to communicate with from the beginning through to check out. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

The house is beautiful and well stocked with views of the ocean from 2nd and third floors. There is a park right out the front door for dogs and people to enjoy. I wish the Newport restaurants had been closer as they are the best!! Easily accessed with a bike or car but too far for little ones. Strollable but not in the heat wave we experienced. The manager is the best!

The property is spectacular. The view and location are equally magnificent. Walk to the beach and to anything/everything needed!!! Todd is wonderful!!! We will be back next year.

The property was clean and gorgeous. Just as pictured. It had everything we needed and is in a great location. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had.
