Driving to most areas and tourist attractions is not time consuming. You can hop on a bus with easy access from my place or take one of three taxi services with competitive ratesbrSPRING HAS ARRIVED in Victoria BC along with summer like temps. Victoria is a hot spot for tourists. Check out Tourism Victoria’s website to book your adventures. Dine at one of the many great places to eat and enjoy the outdoor dining patios. Most restaurants have outdoor patios right on the ocean.brMVRP lodgings is best suited for people that just need a bed to sleep on and will be out and about 80% of the time visiting friends/family or going out to work or just being a great tourist. Because I am home 70% of the time. It may not be suitable for people who prefer to stay in the home during the whole stay and not venture out if the person they are with is away from the house working. Odors: I have some sensitivities and allergies to highly scented perfumes and pungent spices used for cooking with odors that linger in the whole home during and after your stay. Please limited the use of these items it will be greatly appreciated.brWHAT QUESTS DO NOT SHARE WITH THE HOST:brYOUR BEDROOM: There is only one queen bed and is best suited for one person or couples or two people that are comfortable sleeping together. You will drift to sleep on a brand-new comfy queen bed with soft bedding and sheets. Eating and drinking in your bedroom is not allowed. You can have a glass of water if needed.brYOUR BATHROOM: Located right across from your bedroom. You can soak in the tub or have a refreshing shower and dry off with fluffy towels provided for your use.brWHAT QUESTS WILL BE SHARING WITH THE HOST:brYou will be sharing the kitchen/living/dinning area and two outdoor decks with one host and one friendly mostly outdoor cat. When I am away visiting family or friends for a night or two or away from BC on vacation, I will let you know ahead of your arrival.brWHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:brNo: Children No: Pets. brGuests: Single person or 2 adults and must be 19+ years.brCheck in 3:00 PM. Checkout is at 11:00 AM. You will be assigned a security code to enter the home during your stay. Feel safe with a security camera that is monitoring the outside and inside of my property 24/7. Along with neighbour hood watch.brClear directions will be provided with a google map. If you are unable to find my place or have other issues, I am one text or phone call away and will get back ASAP. If I am not available, I will let you know before your arrival with an alternative contact who will be happy to help you.brPARKING: I have room for one vehicle in the driveway of the property. I do not have a wheelchair ramp. The stairs up to the entrance may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.brKITCHEN: In the shared kitchen you will have an assigned cupboard stocked with dishes/glasses/utensils. You will share some cooking pans with me. You will have an assigned space in my brand-new fridge for your items. I do provide basic staples like salt/pepper/sugar and coffee/creamer. You can bring your own food or pick up items at a grocery store not far from my home. brDecks: You can enjoy two outdoor decks. The front deck: You can cook on the barbeque and eat on the dining table for four. The back deck: has lounging and dining space with a SUNNY MOUNTAIN VIEW to gaze at.brLight house keeping is required please rinse your soiled dishes/utensils and pans and put in the dish washer. Wipe down the counter tops and stove top. Please put food scraps in the trash bin under the kitchen sink after cooking and eating. brEntertainment: I do not have a cable TV provider. You can Connect to a Fast Wi-Fi password provided when you arrive. Just hook up your phone to the TV in your bedroom or the Smart TV in the living room to access your subscription apps like Netflix/iTunes.brFor the smokers you can feel comfortable to smoke cigarettes or cannabis in the designated area on the outside front deck.
