We have been renting our Cultus Lake home for over 14 years. We genuinely enjoy sharing our getaway!brbrEnjoy our large and cozy house at Cultus Lake. Our home is 1600 sq ft, with four bedrooms that sleep 8 in 4 beds, two more on couches, a fully stocked kitchen, a fire pit with chairs in a 16 X 16-foot brick fire pit area, and a large patio in our fenced backyard for hanging out. Please note that when there is a fire ban, you may have no fires. brbrThere is parking for four cars. There is also a wood and cement patio with an outdoor glass table for eating outside. There is also a washer and dryer.brWe are two blocks up from the Lake, just far enough from the noise and wind when it comes up sometimes. The boat launch and the boat and jet ski rental place are less than two blocks away. Once you arrive, you can park your car and walk everywhere. Waterslides, restaurants, amusement park, basketball, and swim in the lake are all within walking distance. Or you can sit in the large backyard and relax. The back yard has a wooden deck with a 12-foot lighted umbrella that is ideal for summer barbeques and sitting by the propane bowl or wood burning firepit in the evenings. Also, in the back yard there is a second covered patio area with a table that can seat eight that provides a great a place to be during those occasional rainy but warm summer days. There is ample parking the circular front driveway for four or more cars and as well as room for a boat trailer. The yard has several large trees that provide plenty of shade. Each bedroom has a window air conditioner installed in the summer.brbrClose by are hiking trails, water slides, boat rentals, a kid's adventure park, bike trails, miniature golf and an executive golf course.brbrThe nearby Chilliwack River offers year-round fishing as well as white water rafting for the more adventurous.
