Casa Vista is an adobe style, 3300 square foot, west facing villa overlooking Lake Okanagan. The view of the lake and the mountains beyond is absolutely breathtaking. The private hot tub is a great place to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets over the lake and mountains. Casa Vista is designed to take full advantage of the setting. The house is not shared with any other guests or owners. The pool and hot tub are not shared and are private. The heated pool is 32 feet by 16 feet and 3 feet to 7 1/2 feet deep. The pool is open from May 16th until September 30th. There are lounge chairs, table and chairs at the pool area. Life jackets for little ones provided. There is a covered cabana with a small fridge and barbeque. Plastic dishes for the pool area are provided and are in a bin by the fridge. The main level is all glass on the west side. As a result, the kitchen/dining/living open concept main area, as well as the master bedroom, all have fabulous views. A spacious wrap around deck runs the whole west side of the house and is a lovely place for cocktail hour. The lower walkout level also features lake views from the entertainment room and each of the two bedrooms.brOur Lake Country Business Licence #00002638brLocation: The home is located in an area of orchards, vineyards and forest just above the charming village of Okanagan Center. The Kelowna International Airport is only fifteen minutes away. Car rental available at this airport. Right at the end of the driveway there is a path which leads straight down to Okanagan Lake. It is a 10 minute walk down to the lake. It is a bit steep but is maintained and packed down. At the lake there is a beautiful path running through the trees all along the shoreline.
