This unit is situated along the Orient Chairlift, and the Valley Trail network, it is next to the East Village Center and has beautiful views of Mount Morrisey, all while being only a short walk to the main village. In the winter, the complex is ski in and ski out, and provides easy access to the network of Nordic trails, and snowshoe trails. In the summer, this complex is along the golf course and is next to Mount Morrisey’s hiking and pedal access trails, as well as only a short distance to the lifts that provide downhill biking.brbrThe unit has a bright and welcoming open concept main floor design. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with dishware and cookware essentials and, opens to a dining area with a table that can comfortably seat 6. Positioned next to the dining table, the living room space has a couch to seat 3 plus an additional 2 lounge chairs in front of the gas fireplace and flatscreen TV. Following the steps to the upstairs you will find the 2 bedrooms and 2 ensuite bathrooms, and both bedrooms come equipped with a flat screen TV. In the downstairs den you will find a king bed, an additional living space with a couch to seat 3 and a flat screen tv along with a full bathroom. Take a step outside of the den and enjoy the private hot tub to seat 5.
