Excellent accomadations

This is the place for anyone who wants to escape the city crowds. Very nice unit and amazing host. We would love to stay at Carol’s place if we ever visited Victoria again. Close to the awesome Butchart Gardens, a must see attraction.

This location was quiet and felt like a countryside retreat, but still 20 minutes to downtown Victoria. The suite was spotless and well-maintained!

Nice and quiet.

Carol's place was spotless and very welcoming for our dog. Carol was quick to respond and helpful for the check in even though we arrived late into the evening

Carol is an attentive host and we feel very welcome when we stay. The location is very tranquil and yet moments from the highway. My husband and I enjoy the experience of being on a farm and love to see the sheep wandering by while we have our morning coffee.

This suite is absolutely beautiful! Spacious yet cozy and complete with everything we needed. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches from the hosts such as the coffee and sparkling water they provided. The place is also very dog friendly and we really appreciated the blankets, treats and other helpful supplies! We loved the area as well and enjoyed walks at Elk Lake and on the Lochside trail to the Cordova Bay beach. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely book here again!

This property was exactly as advertised and easy to find. Our host was very attentive yet respected our privacy. It was a wonderful place for us to relax and enjoy the absolutely beautiful surroundings. We had our dog with us and it was perfect for her as well. We hiked nearby Mount Douglas which was beautiful and the views - stunning. We would definitely return.

A Cozy, Welcoming Gem with Stunning SceneryFrom the moment we arrived, this place felt like a warm hug. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of the most charming surprises- The sheep grazing nearby. Rango our small four legged friend just loved it! It added such a peaceful, pastoral vibe to the whole experience. Very comfortable and exceptionally clean accomodation in a quiet location close to Mattick Farm Market in Cordova Bay. Carol, the proprietor, is a lovely person and a great communicator. Picturesque 20 -25 minute drive into Victoria and very accessible from Hwy 17. I would happily stay at the Adderly Grange again

Absolutely fantastic stay! Carol is a super host, making sure everything I needed was available to me. The space was so charming with the rustic warmth of woods & big comfy couches. Bed was very comfortable as well. The property grounds were so charming with the farm animals wondering the pasture & ever so peacefully quiet. The fenced in dog run was very much appreciated & enjoyed by my pooch. Will definitely be back ! Thanks Carol, Trevor & Gunner

An amazing place to stay. Our host Carol was wonderful and we'd recommend it 100 percent. It was a lot more than we expected and although it is out in the rural area, it is still easily accessible to all Victoria amenities. It was well worth our stay.

It was very relaxing and offers a beautifully landscaped property and comfy suite on a hectic weekend and would definitely stay there again as hosts were very friendly and attentive to offering needs to our family that was meeting other family from across country for our fathers celebration ceremony. Oh and lets not forget their wonderful doorman Gunner who likes to walk you to your door and is more than willing to show you around; all he asks is a couple pats and a little conversation.

My Mom and I stayed here because we had a family gathering to attend on Salt Spring Island. It was a perfect location for us - close to the ferry, close to great farmer markets and a tranquil and cozy retreat!Carol, the host, is amazing, and we had everything we needed! Thanks for the great stay!

The location of this property really makes you feel like you are getting away from it all. The hosts were warm done and welcoming.We had an issue with something and it was addressed right away.They suggested places to visit which turned out to be lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this accommodation for the Victoria Ironman 70.3 and the location could not be better! It was a quick 10 minute walk to the race start so there was no need to stress about coordinating the shuttles.Carol and Trevor are the hosts and they are beyond friendly and wonderful people to get to know. They also respect your privacy if you are looking for a quiet retreat.Will be staying here again!

We were able to host a small family get together. The pre schoolers enjoyed the little animals on the acerage. Carol was an awesome host. Personable down to earth. Really helpful and pleasant to deal with. Thanks for the awesome stay!!

Pleasant, clean, very accommodating hosts

Carol and Trevor's place was a great home away from home. It was very spacious, clean and a great place to return to after our day excursions in the Victoria area. Downtown Victoria is about 15-20 minutes drive away. There is a nearby grocery and restaurant area where all our needs were met. Our check in process was easy and Carol greeted us and made sure everything was ok. They were very accomodating especially since we brought our little dog with us. We would definitely stay with them again in our next visit...

We had excellent service, great communications d thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a bonus to watch the sheep in the fields. This is a great place, super clean, quiet and the hosts were super. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing property and hostess. The unit was incredibly spacious and in excellent shape. Carol was an exceptional hostess. My only issue was that we are used to a very soft king size bed and the one in this unit was quite hard and seemed small for a queen. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Our stay at Alderley Grange was perfect in every way. The property was located in a perfect spot from us -- just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Victoria to feel like the country but close enough to coffee shops, independent grocers, interesting spots, etc. to serve all our needs. Carol and Trevor were wonderful about communicating and preparing for our arrival. There had been a snowfall (unusual for the area) in the days before we were to check in and they have the laneway and walkways completely cleared and salted. The property has absolutely everything we needed in terms of amenities -- and Carol included a healthy supply of local coffee that was excellent!We couldn't have been more pleased and we will definitely return.

We stayed at their lovely place over Christmas. It was very spacious, clean and comfy! They had little treats for our dog, and had a little Christmas tree for us too. Very quiet and lots of room to move around. The hosts Carol and Trevor were extremely accommodating to our parking requests and were very helpful and friendly, as well as their sweet dog Gunner.
