The suite is full of natural light, airy & roomy feeling with 9 ft ceilings and is extraordinarily designed with exceptional views over the Victoria harbour!

The suite showcases refined finishes, spa-inspired bathrooms, and two spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed, while the second doubles as a cozy TV lounge with a comfortable queen-size sofa bed. The contemporary kitchen features premium built-in stainless-steel appliances, seamlessly integrated for a clean, streamlined look. Every detail reflects thoughtful design where form meets function.

Located in Victoria's lively Rail Yards District, the Encore offers the perfect blend of city excitement and coastal adventure. Just a 15-minute walk across the Blue Bridge to downtown, this Bayview Place address gives you easy access to the waterfront, cycling trails like the Galloping Goose, and Victoria's best dining and marinas.

Important Notes:

MINIMUM STAY: This unit requires a minimum stay of 90 days.

AMENITIES: Building amenities as advertised may not be open due to operational constraints. If the advertised amenities are important to you, please inquire about their availability before making the reservation.

CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit.

GUEST ACCESS: You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay. You are provided with two keysets including fobs for access to the suite and parking garage.

PARKING: Two (2) underground secure parking spots are included in the rental.

GARAGE HEIGHT: (2.13 m) - If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.

BICYCLE STORAGE: The ENCORE Building offers bicycle storage, operating on a first come first serve basis. This means that there is no guarantee that a spot will be available in the bicycle storage to store your bicycle upon your arrival. Therefore, if you plan to bring your bicycle(s) along, please reach out to Victoria Prime to discuss before booking.

NON-SMOKING: All our properties are NON-SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.

QUIET HOURS: From 10pm to 8am. Please respect our neighbours.

MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25.

Additionally, please take note of the following:
• Pets are not permitted.
• Victoria Prime cannot guarantee the functionality of building amenities during your stay, as this is beyond our control.
• Wi-Fi may be unavailable in the common areas of the building.
• No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by Victoria Prime.

Victoria is the busy, vibrant and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria.
