Right in the heart of beautiful Victoria, our condo is within walking distance to all the downtown area has to offer. Step out and explore the Inner Harbour, Government Street, Chinatown, Beacon Hill Park, the Royal BC Museum, the Empress Hotel, the Parliament buildings, Bastion Square, Market Square and the many funky restaurants and cocktail bars spread throughout the downtown core.

After a day exploring ourbeautiful city, drive into your secure parking spot and take the elevator up to a quiet and relaxing space. The condo is one of four units per floor in a concrete building, so peace and privacy are ensured. Large windows in every room make for a very bright and airy welcoming home which has in-floor radiant heating.

There are two separate bedrooms - one with ensuite bathroom (tub/shower) and own TV, and the other with bathroom (shower) just outside the room. Fans are available in each bedroom, which have room-darkening shades to ensure a restful sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, Denby china, kettle and coffee maker ready for you to enjoy morning coffee or tea on the balcony or at the bar perched on one of the four stools around the counter.

TV, Netflix and wifi are included. Washer and dryer are available for guest use. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided for your first couple of days, as well as basic herbs and spices. We also have a number of board games available for your enjoyment. We use environmentally friendly and natural body care products.

You will have full use of the condo, outdoor patio and car and bicycle parking spot. The building is secure and is strictly non-smoking inside or on the patio or in any of the public spaces. Please make sure you read our condo information binder which is full of helpful hints and recommendations you will need so you can explore the city easily.

We are meticulous about cleaning and use safe, natural and biodegradable products to clean and disinfect the condo.

    Amazing location and condo. Very clean with a lot of extra amenities. Ver comfortable beds and pillows. Great balcony and kitchen. Private gated parking. Owner communicated very well with me and even made wonderful suggestions for things to do in the area. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

    Place was excellent overall and very close to downtown area and bonus was the parking spot. The only drawback is the heating was not strong and there is no air conditioning. So if the temperature swings in either way, you will have to compromise with the fans or heaters provided. Host was very pleasant to deal with. Overall a great property with a great location.

    Wonderful location for exploring on foot, easy access to hiways make this very clean, comfortable condo ideal for a stay in Victoria. Excellent communication with the owner! Great beds (plus nice linens) and quiet building made for restful evenings. Bakeries, coffee houses, shops all steps away, plus all the inner harbour to explore just down the street! Five happy stars!

    This was a great condo in downtown Victoria! We are a family of 4 with two 5 year olds and this condo worked great for us. There is a good selection of games that we enjoyed playing together. There are blackout curtains in the bedrooms so we were all able to sleep well. The check-in process is a little convoluted and confusing, but Sanna was very communicative about it and it was so helpful! I wish we were staying a couple more days to explore the neighborhood and get to enjoy the lovely patio. I highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying again.

    The apartment was very clean and comfortable with nice bedlinen, well equipped kitchen and easy access. It made a great base for exploring Victoria as it was very centrally placed making it a great location to explore shops, restaurants and the harbour all on foot.

    This is a really nice and well-equipped apartment. It has a very nice layout. Its location makes it quite quiet, even though it is right downtown, and it was a bonus to have parking included. We also appreciated the full set of kitchen implements!

    When we arrived, we parked our car in the secured space and did not need to use it until it was time to leave. We walked everywhere. The unit was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Will definitely stay again when visiting Victoria. Unfortunately we were not able to sample the ‘sweet shop’ next door due to their limited hours.

    Great location in Victoria and property did not disappoint. The entire unit was well appointed with furnishings and artwork. On site parking and so many amenities in walking distance made a great stay. Host Sanna answered any question promptly. Hope to go back again soon and stay longer.
