The kitchen is beautifully designed and comes complete with every appliance needed, including a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer on site as well for those who wish to use them. Every few hours the train comes through, and the property is just the right distance from the tracks for it to be charming. There is a brand new TV in the living room, with a DirecTV package, and a DVD player. The inside of the cottage has a very rustic feel to it. Everything is completely new, but was carefully crafted to feel very comfortable and unique. A second full bathroom is located in the hallway with a tub/shower combo, perfect for bathing the kiddos after a day on the river or washing your dog after a long hike. Bedroom 3 has a special gaming nook, perfect for cozying up with your favorite video game.brbrTake in the view from the large sitting room or enjoy the brand new hot tub with a view of the sunset. Bond underneath the stars at our large fire pit. Wood is provided! brbrFor families with young children, we have a pack and play and high chair on site. Everything is there for you to use. The unfinished basement is not accessible to guests at this time, but there is a pass-through to the hot tub through the basement.brbrThe house is tucked away just off the main road, providing peace and quiet. The neighborhood is on a gravel loop with lots of privacy.brbrOur road is a loop; we are much closer to the side GPS brings you on than the other. If you're looking for things to do outside, then there is plenty of hiking, fishing, biking and kayaking opportunities nearby.brbrHolly Tree Retreat has a large back deck with patio furniture and a gas grill for grilling outside. There is also a fire pit in the back yard as well.
