Crab pots on site to try your luck at catching a few of your own for dinner. Excellent Chesapeake Bay fishing and charters, as well as a ferry to Tangier Island. Area parks and nature preserves (Hughlett Point) for walking or bike riding or beach access (Vir-Mar Beach) within 20 minutes. Small town shopping and boutiques in the nearby area (Urbanna, Irvington). Wonderful antique shopping in the local hamlets(Killmarnock, White Stone). A newly renovated single level home – 2 bedrooms (convertible to 3 bedrooms), 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and sunroom with full view of the Bay. PLS NOTE: THE MASTERBED IS ELEVATED, PLS WATCH YOUR STEPS IN THE PLATFORM WHEN YOU ARE GOING IN/OUT OF THE BED. The cottage has fully equipped kitchen, brand new appliances, bidets in bathrooms (luxury bidet in masterbath). Linens, towels, kayaks, assorted water gears, beach chairs are provided; also, life vests for adults and children provided.
