This cozy unit is located within the first of three condo buildings at the base of Bryce Resort's ski slopes and mountain bike trails. The convenience of this property simply can't be beat: a 50-yard walk to the main ski/bike lift, a 75-yard walk to the ski/bike shop, and a 100-yard walk to the Resort's main lodge, restaurant & bar. The golf course pro shop is a 0.4 mile walk or short drive. Kids and adults alike also love its easy access to the Aspen East pool (open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, 7am-10pm) adjacent to the building. SPECIAL NOTICE (April 24, 2026): The Aspen East pool is undergoing renovation with planned re-opening in early July 2026; if the pool is important to your stay, please ask us for a status update before booking.brbrFEATURES & AMENITIES:brAspen East #122 is a one bedroom, one bathroom, second floor unit with 16 steps up from parking lot level. Its balcony provides a nice view of the Bryce Resort golf course and Great North Mountain. brbrThis unit was recently updated with new kitchen cabinets and countertops, new kitchen and bathroom flooring, and new bathroom appointments. It has a galley-style kitchen and dining is convenient either at the eat-at kitchen bar or a small seating area adjacent to the living room and kitchen.
