There is a queen-sized sofa bed and a futon in the living room area on the 2nd floor. Each floor features its own deck. The carriage house is situated next to the main house on 3 1/2 acres. Because it is bordered by woods and the creek, it feels private.brbrGuest accessbrbrGuests will have access to the entire living area of the carriage house. You will also have use of the private dock and can enjoy the hammock and gas grill. There is a TV with DVD player, DVDs to choose from, cards for the card table, games, and a chess set.
