Full kitchen, modern bathroom with spa panel and a very large living room with lots of comfortable seating areas. We also have a roll away bed which would need to be requested. The laundry room is a shared area and the only area we will enter during your stay. We welcome you to use the washer and dryer however we ask you check your pockets for paper, tissue, coins, money and pens. brbrGuest accessbrbrPrivate entrance of the basement is accessible to our guest. Please be advised that the noise will minimize by 11pm-6am eastern time, both weekdays and weekends. We have a 4-year-old son with autism who is nonverbal. He expresses himself through sounds, clapping, and sometimes walks or runs on his tiptoes. While we do our best to keep noise to a minimum, we also allow him the freedom to be himself. We added a memory foam mattress top on queen bed to make more softer. The guests allowed to take out, if someone like firm bed. The second bed is folding bed with full bedding supplies. The bedding are all cottons. We are not only changing the sheets, and also changing the duvet and blanket for each guests for hygeian issues.
