If the hot tub cover or lift is damaged during your stay, you will be charged $500 to replace. brbrPetsbrWe have a two dog max and have lots of yummy dog treats and cozy beds for your pets. Please include pet information in the comments during booking. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $250 fee. We ask that pets please stay off all furniture. If you pet needs to be by your side on the couch, please lay down a sheet or towel, located in the red basket in the garage. If your pet has an accident in the home, please clean it immediatley and let us know where the accident took place, so the maid can make sure the accident is completey removed. In the afternoon, it's nice to hang out on the terrace at The Winery at Manzanita. brbrNehalem Bay State Park is less than a 5 minute drive from the house. Our favorite hikes are the 7 mile hike up Neahkanie Mountain and the short 1 mile hike to Short Sands Beach. Both of these hikes are accessible within a 5 minute drive. brbrAnother favorite outdoor activity is to build a campfire on the beach and watch the sunset.
