Gorgeous Remodeled Home, Steps From The Beach

Clean and cozy!

Town is walking distance from the house and LOTS of cute shops, restaurants, small grocery store. House does not overlook the beach but just a short walk and you're there. This is my second time renting this property. It is darling:)

Second time staying at Jill's fabulous property.Best part is it's quiet! Very well appointed, lots of super soft towels, everything you would need in the kitchen and the sound of waves on the beach. Centrally located for day trips to both the Tillamook and Cannon Beach area. Loved hanging on the front deck.

Great trip. Loved the house and the location. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable with luxurious remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. It was so nice to have it be so quiet yet quick easy access to the beach and to town.

This was our second time staying in this house, and it is by far our favorite beach house. It is impeccably clean, well outfitted, and so comfortable. I would love to retire in this house someday!

What can I say? Everything was perfection - location, fixtures, owner (great on communications) - and it's like staying in your own house. Kid friendly is putting it mildly - there is an entire kid room with a big table and tons of games and toys. Croquet set (big backyard), beach toys, lots of kid CDs and screens, Bluetooth speaker... The owner and her husband took an older, rather non-descript house, and took the interior down to the rafters, i so everything inside is new and shiny. But it's not excessively large like lots of neighboring houses - just right for my wife and I, and the 3 young grandkids and their parents. It's on a street with virtually no traffic, trail to the beach (steep dune), and an easy walk to downtown, which we did almost every day. If you know Canon Beach, this is much more low key. There's a spirit of generosity that's obvious - the owner wants you to have a good time, and of course we did.

We have stayed here many years in a row and always have a great time. The house is always clean and comfortable and you can't beat the location, close to the beach and on a quiet street. Nothing better than opening the windows and listening to the waves crash as you go to sleep every night.

We had a wonderful time at Jill‘s place. It was well appointed , spacious and had everything that we wanted or needed. There’s easy access to the beach and to town as well. We could walk to each easily. We had one minor issue which Jill dealt with immediately Graciously and very fairly. This was our second day and we will stay again. We would highly recommend this home.

Our stay was great! Steps from the beach and an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. The house was cozy with nicely updated bathrooms and kitchen. It was well equipped with everything we needed including plenty of paper products and k-cups for the Keurig. Heated bathroom floors were perfect on cold mornings. Everything was pristinely clean. Super comfortable house and great location for beach access and walks to town!

The location of the house is perfect because we love walking around Manzanita! It's a quick walk from the house to the beach and easy to walk into town, too. The house was clean and a good size for our group of 5. We loved the heated bathroom floors, the kitchen had enough space, we enjoyed using the wood fireplace and hanging out in the main room, and the beds were comfortable.

This is a great location close to both beach and town. The house is simple with everything you need, including a fireplace for cozy evenings. The kitchen was well-stocked and nice to use; our intergenerational group of 6 loved every minute here.

This house was perfect for our family’s short beach vacation. The kids loved their “kids room” and the game room. Comfortable bed in the primary room. Great bathrooms. Great kitchen set up for cooking our own meals. I loved that the refrigerator was so clean! Also it was so easy to unload the car - driveway right up to the front door and no flights of stairs. The location is great: a short walk to the beach or to town. The neighborhood seemed pretty quiet except there was very loud music (maybe a party?) one of the nights until at least 10 pm. Overall we loved it and hope to return!

A cozy home will everything you need to have a relaxed stay. Close to restaurants and the beach. Nice neighborhood for quiet walks or enjoying the evenings on the deck.

The home is as described and clean, well appointed, close to beach access and the town. The bed and furniture were comfortable. We will likely stay there again. It is our favorite in Manzanita.

Check in was done with a keypad. We received the code a few days before arrival, and it was easy. Every part of the kitchen/dining/living room, including the refrigerator, stove, cabinets and countertops looked brand new. The bathrooms were high end and even had heated floors. The windows looked new. The king bed we slept in was great. The house had all of the kitchen supplies, appliances and utensils you might need. Everything was 1st class. The beach was beautiful and easily accessible. Even the weather was perfect.

Great place to get together with friends or family. Lots of room, well stocked kitchen with all amenities and comfortable furnishings. Spotless. Quiet beautiful area steps from the beach. Short walk to town.

Six family members had a super time together in the house that was so well equipped for cooking, sleeping and relaxing. Close to the beach but no view of the ocean. Loved Manzanita as a destination, unspoiled and rustic. Would hope to return.

We love this house and stay here whenever we are in Manzanita. It’s beautifully furnished and has a well equipped kitchen. It’s always immaculately clean, with super comfy beds and high quality sheets and towels. The location is lovely, with beautiful views, just a short walk or drive to shops and restaurants.

We had a lovely stay at this beach house in Manzanita! Everything was perfect! Location could not have been better for walking to the beach, golf course or into town. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Impressed by the quality of the renovation - nice kitchen with everything you could want, nice prints on the walls, lots of wood - ceilings and doors, bathrooms small but well appointed. Short walk over the dunes to the beach and also walkable to town. Nice quiet location. We would definitely come again.

As before this property is spotlessly clean, great location, well stocked, comfortable, quiet and convenient location. Great communication and easy check in. Highly recommend.

Very beautifully update cottage with close beach access. Quite neighborhood still close to Manzanita, golf cousre and state park where you can rent horses for a ride on the beach. Easy day trips to Cannon Beach and Tillamook. Great hikes at state parks up and down HWY 101. Would definitely recommend!

Very clean and nicely renovated. Wish we had a view of the sunset and beach.
