We found this house to be as advertised. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. We stayed in October so we didnt get to use the outdoor room. But i think in the summer it would be where you'd spend a lot of time The beach is an easy 2 block walk and just a block off the main street. We would definitely stay here again

Location is great! Loved going to dinner, dropping leftovers back at the house, then heading to the beach for sunset. House is clean, and well maintained-particularly noteworthy as we stayed at the end of the season. House was remodeled as a rental, and I appreciate having the extra bathrooms you don’t find at the coast for rentals. The bedrooms and bathrooms are small but serviceable. I ended up hanging all my clothes and putting suitcases in the car trunk to make them feel more spacious. To me this was a small price to pay to not have to wait in line for a shower. I appreciated the kitchen stock, and that spices and cling wrap are left from previous guests for you to use. It is a bit odd if a different party is renting the hummingbird cottage behind this house as they have to walk past your deck and living space to come and go, but we were fortunate to only overlap by one night. If you have a large party and can book both it would be ideal as you can easily share get back and forth between houses.

This was a great property for a large family group to stay. All ages. The kitchen was very well appointed and the location was superb. A great week.

I stayed here with my family for a family gathering, and it was wonderful to have a place so close to the beach and downtown to gather everyone. The place was easy to find, check into, and enjoy. I would definitely stay again.

What a great house. This was our annual family get together and our 4 time at Manzanita. The house was perfect for getting together with our group (8) with the communal space. Perfect size for dinners and games. Kitchen had everything we needed for all our meals. Loved the bedroom spaces and the 31/2 an added plus. We would stay here again with the location close to everything we never used the cars once we arrived. We love the town and the house made it even better

Reviewer Comments: For the price of the property per night we expected something better, not so old and with a bad smell, but since it was unexpected we had no other option. If we were to go to the same city again, we would definitely not choose this place for our stay, I think an update to the appliances and the bathrooms would be very good.

Excellent location to the beach, restaurants and spa for massages. But the cottage was also perfect for sitting around, relaxing and chatting

This vacation rental is two short blocks from the beach, and just three houses in from the main drag (Laneda). Thus, there's easy access to most everything. To our pleasant surprise, it was also very quiet at night. One of the outstanding features is the large, outdoor dining and hanging out area. Quite lovely!
