This is also conveniently located just 0.3 miles from Ten Mile Lake boat ramp. Bring your ATV and boat for fun in the sun as this house has a 12x73 foot extra-long driveway with RV hookups that provide plenty of parking room for all your recreational toys. Plus renters will have access to the garage and additional parking accessible by the ally. Please note: the dune access is 2.4 miles down a paved road. If your ATV/UTV has paddle tires it is advisable that you trailer our toys to the dune access point.

With lots of seating and beds this house is a great place to come visit the coast. Two car garage has room for your toys to enjoy the dunes with access to ride directly to and from the sand. Access to the dunes is via asphalt roadways and about a 2 mile drive. The home is less than a mile from the county park with a beach and boat access to 10 mile lake. We have a lot of parking as well. Spend your days riding the dunes or swimming and fishing on the lake, and then come and enjoy the cozy house, relax after a day of fun! Relaxing patio with bbq and seating outdoors.

From this property, you can ride your ATV directly to the ATV route (to the dunes!) or into the town of Lakeside! The map is shown in our photos. Grab a snack, grab a coffee - then zoom off to the dunes!brbrWhen in town, slow down…and make sure you review the regulations to avoid fines. We are 2.5 miles from Spinreel Dune Access. More information can be found on the map in the photos or at the City of Lakeside website where you can also find a map and the rules. brbrIt is very important when riding through the neighborhood, please go slow and be respectful of neighbors and mindful of the noise. QUIET HOURS at Whispering Pines is 10pm to 7am. Let us know if you will be bringing ATV/UTVs and we will send you more tips. In addition, you must follow all City Requirements & Regulations:brbr*Must have a valid Driver License. *Must have an ATV Safety Education Card. *Vehicle must have an Oregon ATV Permit. All-terrain vehicle (ATV) operating permits (Stickers) are required for all public land off-road use in Oregon, including the ODNRA. The permits are available to purchase online *Must have Liability Insurance. *Must remain on Route. *Do not drive on shoulders. *Follow Posted Traffic Signs and Laws. *Use proper hand signals or blinkers. *Ride Responsible at all times! *Do not use an ATV under the influence. *It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly permit, allow or encourage the operation or driving of an ATV by a person under the age of 16. *Alcohol is prohibited anywhere on the Dunes, whether in an opened or closed container. *The US Forest Service and Coos County have decibel limits on the Dunes. If you want your vehicle tested for decibel levels, contact the Sheriff’s Office *Safety Flags are also required on the Dunes; the flag must be red or orange and 9ft high while the vehicle operates. This critical safety item allows riders to see each other at different elevations as they travel through the Dunes. *City code has been amended to conform with state transportation laws, owing to issues with law enforcement coordination. ATVs that are equipped with lighting that meets the requirements for any motor vehicle operating in the dark may be on the roads in Lakeside at any time.
