Stayed Oct 12, 2025Great Escape was one of the best houses we have stayed at on the Oregon Coast. It had everything we needed to make our stay great. We had plenty of room for the 8 of us. The proximity to the beach was the best! The trail is right outside the door. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything that we needed and more to cook some really great meals. The decor was top notch. The colors in the home were perfectly picked for a coastal visit.

And this is the best outfitted kitchen we've ever seen in a rental! A great place to cook a feast in. Easy beach access (assuming you can walk on sand easily).

We've stayed there before and both times it was a light-filled spacious and welcoming place with lots of space to gather inside and outside, or have quiet time alone. Stayed Jul 28, 2025This was our 15th trip to Manzanita and this was one of my favorite houses. So comfy with lots of space, well stocked kitchen, beautiful views and nicely decorated. This year we had two adults, a dog, and 5 teens with us and this house was great. It’s a little far from town for my liking but the interior and proximity to the beach make up for that.

Reviewer Comments: This home’s floor plan gives plenty of space for the kids to play and the adults to kick back. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need to prep meals and lots of space for more than one cook. The little ones loved sleeping in the bunk room and the other bedrooms were quite comfy. It’s a short walk to the beach or just watching the sun set from the comfort of the house. I highly recommend this Great Escape!

Reviewer Comments: Such a wonderful location and beautiful home the beds are comfortable when the house was clean. Reached out to maintenance and they were there within the hour love the quiet little town, the closeness to go adventure to seaside or even Tillamook and surrounding towns.
