This adorable home features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom, a full bed on the top and a pack n’ play perfect for families or groups of friends. When you are at Anita’s Roost you are sure to feel right at home. With a fully stocked kitchen and several places that we have personally created for you to hangout and enjoy you are sure to love it. Checkout our Rec Room which features a pool table, workout space, and games for the entire family to enjoy doing together. If you have little ones walk down the pathway to discover a tree fort and swing set designed and setup just for them. If you need to relax and unwind there is a private patio just off the master retreat that has a hot tub seating area and grill for you to use. If you have a larger party we have created a seating area in the backyard that is large enough to host approximately 30 people outdoors where you can grab some sticks and marshmallows and create s’mores for everyone to enjoy. If your looking for views walk up the gravel pathway to the top part of our property where you can see the entire city of Coos Bay the views are so amazing and you can enjoy them morning or night. At Anita’s Roost we have thought if everything all you need to do is bring your suitcases and come on in and enjoy the space designed for you. There is plenty of parking on property and every interior design feature was created with you I mind. From a master retreat with a fireplace, large walk-in closet, two person shower with dual showerheads and a two person soaking tub, to the second retreat that offers a queen bed, two person soaking tub, see through fireplace and another large walk-in closet. The third bedroom has a bunkbed with a queen bed for the bottom bunk and twin for the top bunk. This space was designed for the little ones it includes a pack n play, blowup bathtub, kids toys, diaper genie and even some clothes for rainy days if that is what you’re needing to barrow. Please just wash and hang back up for the next family when you’re done using them. In the kitchen you will find that we have fully stocked this space with all of your kitchen items needed to make simply meals or created beautiful dishes for the holidays. Bay Cove Cottage B is one side of a rustic 1940s cottage duplex. It is a clean and cozy, the interior is a pastel-colored 550 sq ft apartment with one bedroom and a fold-out couch in the living room. The kitchen and bathroom with shower are simple, and retain original vintage character. There is no stove or oven, but a microwave, skillet, and portable single burner rangette, for the most basic cooking, and a refrigerator are provided in the kitchen. The vintage bathroom is small, with no tub and the shower has a small entry (16 inches wide). We are offering the cottages as the basic option of Bay Cove properties and offer few amenities. Cable TV is provided, Wifi is available throughout, there is a full-sized refrigerator with ice maker and a coin-operated laundry service in a separate room in the duplex. The owner's residence is nearby, on the same lot as the cottages, and may also be rented. There is partial bay view from the apartment, and a small patio for a spectacular view of the bay and Charleston harbor. A laundry room with tall table and chairs offers great bay views while enjoying coffee or a glass of wine, when the weather is not suitable for patio use. We can direct you to easy bayshore access that requires a 500 foot walk along Cape Arago Hwy., or other easy bay access for clamming or crabbing within short driving distances of less than one mile.
