There is a five minute walk to beach accesses from the north and south of the house, but no private beach access from the house.brbrThe home has two spacious bedrooms plus a loft area and a well-appointed kitchen with a dishwasher for your convenience. The living room and dining rooms are located downstairs with two large sliders for enjoying the ocean view from both areas. A comfortable bench and a writing table is located in the loft for viewing the ocean also. The living room has a comfy large reclining sofa and loveseat. Turn on the electric fireplace and take a nap with one of the soft throws provided. Or watch your favorite movie on the large screen TV. There is also a TV in the upstairs bedroom. Great views with lots of bedrooms (5 plus loft) make this a great vacation home. It is quite easy access for those who don't want to do a lot of stairs, only requiring a few to get into the house, then it is all but the loft on the same level. Enjoy wonderful ocean views from the living, kitchen, dining, loft, deck and master bedroom.brbrHouse layout:brbrThe front door leads stright through to the living /dining area, or left to the kitchen, all of which have wonderful views. There is a large screen smart TV. The kitchen is open to the other living areas, and a deck is just off the dining room. Above the living area is a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds. Off the living area is a queen bedroom, with a bathroom that is also shared by the living spaces.brbrDown the hall is another queen bedroom, which shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the large master bedroom with a king bed.brbrOff the hallway and past the laundry room is a small family room with another TV. from there you can access another full bath and two more queen bedrooms. The family room has a fold down Eurostyle sleeper.There is a separate entrance to the family room area as well, and a peekaboo view of the ocean.brbrOur private beach access is just down a path then a sandy hill. Public beach access is about 1/2 mile away. Sometimes there is no creek directly in front of our access, and sometimes there is, based on winter storms. The creek is usually shallow in the summer, and a great place for kids to play farther away from the bigger surf.brbrIt's a very quiet area, with lovely views. You will need a car, and there is plenty of parking available.brbrMinimum rental age is 25 years old.brbrIt's a short drive to Old Town's shops and restaurants, and about 4 miles south to Bandon Crossings' great golf or 20 minutes north to Bandon Dunes Golf Resort.brbrBandon, Oregon is a wonderful coastal retreat, with quaint shops and restaurants, a crabbing and fishing dock, and charter fishing. It has miles of lovely beaches, tide pools, wildlife, and pounding surf. There's lots to do: horseback riding on the beach, flying kites, kayaking through the Bandon Marsh, fishing for salmon in Coquille River, exploring the Sand Dune National Recreation Area (about a half hour drive), or serving as a base for day trips, such as south to the Redwoods National Park in northern California.brbrGOLF:brbrSome land is meant for Golf. Grandma's house is located down on the jetty (beach level) so beach access is easy for young children and elderly alike. Kitchen is stocked with all the basics, coffee/coffee maker (no Keurig), tea, sugar, salt and pepper. brbrFront door entrance is located downstairs. There is a 15 steps to second main floor with a hand rail on both sides of stairway.brbrThe upstairs kitchen, dining, living entertainment area has a beautiful partial ocean view, smart TV with streaming available. WiFi is included. Walk out on the balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze! br brNo parties, only people that are booked as guests. br10 guests maximum. brbrSORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED. brbrNO BIG PARTIES ALLOWED, 10 guests maximum. brbrDownstairs, two bedrooms have private doors. Bunk room is not private. Garage has been made into a hang area... couches and has a stream only T.V. Open the garage and sit in big chairs and watch the ducks walk by!
