Please keep closed and locked with little ones.br2. Please make sure you have reviewed the sleeping set up. We can comfortably accommodate for 6 adults max.br3. We are not fully fenced for your furry friends. Many areas are fenced. However, there are just open areas too.br4. We do charge an additional fee after 6 guests and for pets. Make sure all guests are included in the reservation.br5. We require a $500 security deposit, which is only charged in the event of excessive damage. Prior to your arrival, a temporary hold for the deposit amount will be placed on your card, but it will be released one day after check-out. Rest assured, we will discuss any potential damages with you before charging the deposit. Our credit card processor charges a 3% fee which is not reimbursed due to a cancellation. br6.
